Let me just start off by saying AMAZING PEOPLE WORK HERE.I have always been very wary about going to places like this & always bought my cars from private owners. That obviously hadn't worked in my favor for quite some time or I wouldn't have come to C & H Auto.I am from Kentucky & actually made the trip to Alabama to meet someone and buy a car from them but they wasted my time so I was determined to find the best deal. I was temporarily staying with my sister and she told me about C & H so I decided to check it out! When I got there I was greeted by Jenny with that good old southern hospitality! She was kind, was very knowledgeable about the vast inventory they had, & unlike all the other places that try to sell you what gets them the most money, Jenny actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and what my budget was and was able to recommend the BEST car for me! Morris walked me through my finance options and I am actually paying around 40% LESS than what I had been offered anywhere else (and let me tell you, it was a LOT of places.) I couldn't be more grateful to the absolutely wonderful team at C & H for helping me find my new baby! THANK YOU!

Jenny is is the best car saleswoman I ve ever came across! She listened to what I needed and got me in my lovely Nissan Rogue! She gave me all the information on the car before test driving! I fell in love and it s mine! If you are looking for a down to earth salesperson she s who you need to see! Thank you Jenny for all of your help!

This place goes above and beyond for their clients! They re friendly, knowledgeable and quite frankly the best dealership in the southeast. Yeah. I said it. Come try them out and give them a chance to get you in a car. 5 stars all the way.

I was having a bad day. I had driven to an other car dealer and had been given a bait and switch deal. did not really want to go to an other place, but my niece saw what she wanted sitting on C & H's lot. We went and were met by a very nice sales man. who showed us the jeep we were looking for. My niece had her jeep totaled by a bad driver and was looking for a replacement. They got the price down to what she had received from the insurance company, They really turned a bad day into a good one! They helped us, So , If you are looking for a great deal on a car. I love C & H Auto Sales they're a great place to get a nice reliable car from. Jenny Collins was everything she was amazing with explaining how things go and had my attention the whole entire time. I will definitely be recommending alot of people to hear If you go their definitely ask for Jenny.

The people here at c&h auto, they make the car buying experinece stress free! They have a great selection and an even more amazing team. Jenny is great and very knowledgeable about the vehicles and Morris the finance manager helps to get to you financed and explains and explores the possibilities. Everyone who works there is very willing to help you. We all know buying a car can be a headache but here they take that stress off of you and treat you like family. 10/10 recommend. Buying a car doesn't have to feel like jumping through hoops! Go get u a nice reliable vehicle from great people! Why choose anywhere else?!

I would like to say Jenny is awesome. She made me feel like family. She went out of her to bring me the car to my job , but made sure all my needs was met on what kind of car I wanted. And made sure that we kept in touch by phone.

Went by here last week, the gate was open and a car in the reserved office space, but no one came to the door?? Pulled in this week, and no one came out to meet us, we went in to ask about a specific car ... about 6k over average $ for model. May not return .

Go to a dealership before considering this place. Better yet, do your home work. My mom and sister purchased two cars from this place. They didn t show them a Carfax they didn t know how much the cars were. All they knew was the payments and when it was due. Of course the dealership is not solely to blame my mom and sister take some blame because they signed. But this is proof they take a advantage of people those without knowledge. They made money off the backs of their own people and the lack of knowledge there of. The sad thing is, it was a preacher who helped scam them... just be wise.. ask every question.. if they don t want to give you the information, leave.

My experience was great. Nate the great helped every member of my family that went to him for a car, get a car. He was pleasent and we had no trouble with doing so. He made it happen. I ve had my car for a while now, no problems. In fact, I took it in for service and the oil guy said the car didn t anything changed on it. I ll give them a 3 though, because I didn t know someone who owned the car before me smoked. I couldn t notice it until it got summer and I would smell smoke everyday through the vents. I had to change the filter inside the glove compartment and spray Lysol in the vents everyday until it was gone. I lost my voice for a month behind this. Anywho, great experience with the salesman.

This was perhaps the best experience I've had at any sort of dealership be at a new or used car dealership. The sales staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to meet my expectations and in the end we settled on a price that was fair for both. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing them if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Bought a very nice vehicle at a decent price.... But beware I got a call from the bank that financed us saying the guy had added a bunch of unknown charges to my "sale" price. So the bank made him take off the extra charges, so we wound up paying a few thousand less because they made him honor the sale price he originally put on the paperwork for the car!

This place did nothing but wasted my time. They claimed to help you , instead have you waiting for nothing they say they going to make happen for you. I was told they had a vehicle for me and to come in on a Wednesday and it will be ready for me, took time off from work to drive 45 minutes to this place, and no vehicle, then was told he'd look for me another one still to this day haven't heard from the person I was dealing with after the fact he told me he'd keep me updated. This person never stayed in contact,wouldn't recommend this place to anyone by the way this is the one in Troy

Always nice ppl. Sometimes they don't stand on their word but overall Morris is the sweetest one. The rest of them look at you like your in the wrong place, but I just over look them and give Morris my business.

Came in to buy a car yesterday. I was in desperate need of a vehicle same day, cash sale, money in hand. Not a soul spoke to me. I saw a man and a woman who both were working. All I needed was a wave and an I ll be with you shortly. Needless to say they lost out on an easy sale. I bought elsewhere.

I was told that I was approved, before driving 2 hours. When I got there it was a different story. Don't listen to those adds on the radio either it's a flat out Lie. . Class of 87 so it's 87 dollars down, they have 5 million dollars to lend out. Lie, Lie, Lie
