I bought a 2022 mustang from them 2 weeks ago. They sold it to me with a faulty key and pretty much told me to figure it out, knowing we drove 6 hours to get it. Thankfully my local ford is taking care of us. Would have given them 4 stars but saw a video of them drifting and doing a burnout in the car I just bought on their company TikTok. Not very professional. There was also an active recall on it that my local dealer did in 20 mins that they had been aware for months just didn t complete also a little odd if they completed a full inspection on it. Salesman was great but wish we were told of the other things before purchasing.

Overall, purchasing my vehicle here went well. The salesperson Cameron did a very good job and wasn't pushy like those at a lot of other dealerships.The only issue was during the actual purchase of the vehicle. The extended service contract, I asked what it cost and was told $3500. It ended up being $4000, but I didn't catch it as we were being rushed through signing the paperwork. Ultimately, I am the one that didn't catch this and allowed myself to be rushed and sign paperwork without a full line by line review. I did send emails about this and asked if the transactions in the office are recorded like the sign in the room says they are, they should review the recording and and ensure proper quotes are given in the future. They did respond and stated they would look into that to ensure those kind of things do not happen in the future. In the end, I paid 500 more bucks than I was expecting, but I signed the paperwork with the error. Just make sure you take your time and review all of the paperwork line by line.

I don t know why the rating doesn t range 0-10. Because the service center really deserves a 0.I took my F-150 in for an oil leak. That was the only issue I was having. After I picked it up after the leak was repaired. I barely made it a mile before it started jerking and sputtering. I would have taken it back then but they were closing when I picked it up. I took it back the next day. The max speed it would go was 45 mph. The sputtering and jerking was worse and it stalled three times before I made it back to the shop. They called later that afternoon asking me to come test drive it with one of them. They couldn t find anything wrong with it. I test drove it with the service manager. It sputtered and jerked before we made it a mile. We were in the turning lane to go back to the shop and it cut all the way off. Later that day a guy from the service department called and advised me that it was a pressure sensor. When they took the oil pan off they caused the pressure sensor to go haywire and now it s gone bad. They could order the parts and have it back to me in blah blah days. It would run me $$$$. I said that I wasn t going to pay them for something that they tore up. I ve already given you $2,400. Then he said that he could check with the manager to get a discount on the labor. I told him I wasn t paying full price or discounted for something that they tore up. Later the service manager called and said since I was so adamant about not paying for my car to be fixed. I could come test drive it We didn t tear up your vehicle. It s like when you go to the doctor with a headache and you have a knife stuck in your head and the doctor pulls the knife out and finds a tumor. You can come test drive it and see if you re satisfied with the way it drives. In order for them to determined how to move forward. I asked if it was going to be in the same condition as it was when I brought it back up there? He told me no they fixed it. I asked how did they fix it? The first guy I talked to said they had to order the part to fix it? Then he told me they had the part in the shop and they went on and fixed it. I picked it up and so far it s driving fine. When I completed the survey and let them know everything that had transpired and giving a negative rating. The service manager called me the next day. To tell me he was calling about my survey. He told me, first of all, we didn t tear your vehicle up. It was a pressure sensor not an oil pressure sensor. You need to get your facts straight before you go bashing me with Ford ! We could have just parted ways and you not come back! I told him I won t! He wanted me to know that he was NOT pleased with what my survey.At least when the doctor pulls the knife out of your head, he will tell you right away that he found a tumor. Not wait until you get home and pass out.

I purchased a 2015 Jeep and absolutely love it ! Jacob and Ray were very honest and so helpful!! My experience was was wonderful! I would recommend Bill Jackson Ford to anyone needing a vehicle!

Cam was a pleasure to work with. No pressure, honest, and very good communications. He went even further by offering to deliver the vehicle since my schedule was a bit chaotic. You don t find salesman like that every day!

Would not recommend service department. Took my car in because backup camera was not working. Was told I would have to have a new one and they were on backorder. About two weeks later called me on Tuesday and said camera was in. Scheduled to bring it in the following Monday to have it installed, I had paid for it when ordered. After a while they came out and told me they had bad news they did not have the camera. How could that be when it was paid for when ordered and THEY called me and said it was in. Said it could have possibly been put on another car or it might not have been the right one. Said another one would be in quickly and sorry for the mix up. Remember they called me that part was in and I took off work to take it in.uexceptable. Four days later still no camera.

They never repaired my truck after two separate attempts at a cost of $1800. Afterward, they refused to repair my truck, stating that Ford Motor Company (FMC) would not pay them enough to cover the labor costs. FMC told me this was not true. Jim Cook Ford in Elba, AL, repaired my truck & FMC paid the entire bill ($1,700) except $100 due to a prior recall on the cam phasers -- which was the initial problem per the check engine computer code.

Toler has been taking care of us for a few years now. He always gets me in ASAP; never makes me feel like he s pressuring me to buy things, so when he tells me what my car needs, I know it s what has to be done. He has even picked me up from my infusion center, as has the manager. The service department has gone above and beyond for me. My vehicle left me stranded on the side of the road Toler got me in the same day. The 100/10 customer service is the reason we have kept my car this long.Prior to meeting Toler we were traveling to Dothan and Mariana FL bc we had an amazing service agent. Toler surpasses them. It is very comforting to have such a genuinely honest & caring service rep right in our town. If you ever interact with him you will see just how much he cares for his customers and their safety. Ford is lucky to have him, as well as the service manager. We have had nothing but positive interactions with him as well. Both have taken the time to explain and show me what is going on with my car, as well as calling my husband to make sure he understands and feels comfortable moving forward with whatever service is needed.

BEWARE OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD. My husband and I took our car here to be serviced after the tire pressure light had been coming on about every ten days. They told us that they could find no leak and that we should just keep filling it up with air. So we did just that. The tire pressure light then started to come on every 5 or so days. So we took it back in and still no leak. Might I mention that at this time of service they rotated the tires and did an oil change without us asking. After the tire light started coming on less than 48 hours, we took the car back in where they finally found the leak and determined that it could not be fixed. At this time, another tire was also determined to have a cupping issue that had no previously been told to us. So now we needed two new tires. We ordered the tires and waited almost 5 days for them to contact us and let us know that they were in. We finally get the two new tires on when they let us know that our lugnuts are swollen and we would need to be all new ones as well. Three days after getting 2 new tires, the tire light comes back on. We take the car in this morning where they let us know that the rim is bent which is making the tire leak air. Just know that you will never be able to trust what they say and will end up spending money and never fixing the issue.

I had bought vehicles from this dealership before it became Bill Jackson Ford. I ve always had a great experience regardless of ownership. This time however I was in for a pleasant surprise. I came in near closing and made my decision. Within less than an hour I was driving away with everything completed except paperwork. The next afternoon I came back signed paperwork and was gone within thirty minutes. Thanks to Jacob in sales and the finance department I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle.

I am very disappointed with the level of service we've received at Pike County Ford.We reluctantly gave Jermaine our information and specifically told him he was only allowed to run our credit ONE time. He proceed to run my boyfriend's credit a total of 9 times over the course of the proceeding week.I gave him very specific instruction about what I wanted and was willing to wait, willing to travel, willing to be told it can't be done. But rather than being honest, Jermaine continued to drag us around assuring me he could provide exactly what I wanted.I told him I wanted a hatchback vehicle, manual transmission. He proceeded to offer me car after car that did not meet this criteria and he tried to convince me that I was being unreasonable to not consider other options. I also told him I needed payments at a certain amount each month and he "approved" us for a brand new car at payments over twice as much as I could afford and then tried to convince us that we COULD afford that and therefore should take the deal... Because apparently Ford likes cars getting repossessed?? I think it is so wrong that any salesperson would suggest a family living on a budget take on more than TWICE AS MUCH in a payment... And live beyond their means. This is why people are in debt. He was very persuasive and had I not been down this road before, I quite potentially would have fallen for his manipulation.I sent him a text regarding how many times he hit my boyfriends credit and he has yet to address it at all.He then pawned me off to a dealership in GA and washed his hands of my challenging requests.I found a car that met my EXACT requirements at Car-Mart (no place else in Pike County had anything) and I have been treated with respect and not once have they tried to convince me to do something I didn't want to do or told them I couldn't do.I'm so dissapointed that Ford employs salespeople that will literally manipulate, deceive, twist, guilt trip and down right lie to make a sale.

Awesome service! Our truck broke down while traveling so we pulled in. They took us to get Mexican food, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I ve never seen a friendlier staff! They even stayed open a bit longer to get us on the road.

Courteous and fast! Called in on a Friday morning, didn t have an appointment. Guy said if I can leave it he would work it in. Was not a problem for me, left it and 2 hours later they were done. And this was not a simple oil change like the quick lube places. This was full service, rotation of tires and full inspection. Great job and always nice to support the local guys!!
