I stopped at this store expecting to get a bulb changed instead I got a nightmare event no female should experience at that time of night traveling thru the tech changed the bulb but did not tighten a ground screw which affected my wipers instead of checking the work he performed he took what the blonde girl said was my issue instead of listening to me I didn't have wiring issues before I came nor do I have them now after taking it to Mitchell Chrysler to troubleshoot the problem as Auto zone suggested. Loose screw! I missed work opportunities and the store reiterate the same misdiagnosed story so no other store wanted to fix the problem from some girl that fabricated faulty wiring making me lose another 6 hours of next day thank you Troy AutoZone and the manager for the experience

I received exceptional service from Chris at the AutoZone in Troy, Alabama. I had a splash guard on my Yaris that was scraping the road on a very long drive from Alabama to Orlando, FL on Thanksgiving weekend, and he removed it for me so I could continue my 10-hour drive without the scraping sound. We were even able to salvage part of it. Thank you, AutoZone and Chris!

Sheena needs to do anything but work with the public. Worst customer service I ve seen in a long, long time. Thankfully the store manager Maria was about as good as can be. But Sheena please, find another field if you hate people so much.

Traveling alone from Wisconsin to Florida when my starter began to fail. Daniel pinpointed the problem and gave me instructions on how to get to Florida safely. I didn't make any purchase there, just used their restroom. I am so grateful for Daniel's help!

Laid the part on the counter and she went back and found just what I needed. Was very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend for all your part needs.Only downfall was they needed more help. Phones ringing off the hook and customers were building up.

Every time I go there employee s out side smoking or have to be chased down for help. Parts that are order never arrive on time and staff never offer to make price adjustment for all the extra trips to get right parts. DONE WITH THEM !

Home of the best Auto Zone manager alive. Danny will always make sure his staff and you are always taken care of. Sometimes I go and don t even need anything. #1 Auto Zone in the United States!!!

I purchased a new battery for my Jeep Cherokee from this store on 11/24/2014. Warranty full replacement for 36 months, prorated after that. Battery failed about a week ago 11/22/2017. Tried charging the battery to use but it failed again. Tried another charger but again battery failed. Tried charging for a third time and took battery to Auto Zone in Troy for testing. Battery tested bad, todays date 11/29/2017. Just 5 days past full replacement. 5 days! They wanted $101.68 to to replace. Manager made no attempt to adjust pricing. He did not care about keeping me as a customer. I checked with the other parts stores and Walmart. I can get a more powerful battery with the same replacement warranty for $108.68. I will be sure to share this story with everyone I know

They seem to usually have the parts i need. Prices are high but, i buy a lot on line so, take that for what its worth. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Sold me the wrong alternator belt after detailed instructions from my mechanic. Had the impression the clerk was completely clueless and undoutably she was.

New staff please.. I dislike asking about parts then having to google it and show an associate for them still not to know anything and ho back and forth amongst themselves just to tell me they don't know.
