I have had insurance through them for over a year and they are by far the friendliest and nicest insurance company and they do what they can to make sure that you do not pay the maximum amount they keep it short sweet and to the point and Angela Johns is an angel!

Hmm....... what can I say? Customer service is top tier!Anytime I have any questions or concerns, I can call Angela Johns, and she always comes through. She consistently goes the extra mile to ensure that my family is provided with the information we need. She provided us with the right coverage at the right price.I highly recommend for Acceptance Insurance for all of your insurance needs.

Miss Angela Johns helped me and she was amazing! She got everything I needed done quickly and easily and she had the best attitude the entire time. Anytime I have questions I call her and she gets me situated with no issues at all. I was leaning towards Geico insurance but after I spoke with Angela she was able to set me up and I m very pleased. By far the best customer service and would recommend anyone to call Troy and speak with Miss Angela.

You won't be disappointed the service is always amazing I recommend asking for Angela she's the best she's very detailed, polite, and will go above and beyond to give you the best service. They call you to remind you so you don't lose your coverage so you want someone that will have your back ask for Angela.

Tre Carter of the Troy, Al location helped me when literally no one else from any of the other locations could! He took ALL THE TIME needed to fix my issue which ended up saving me so much money. Others kept dismissing me, but he got to the bottom of it. I appreciate him & Acceptance very much!

I have spoken with a few representatives from Acceptance Insurance. These ladies that work here at the Troy, Al location are the best. My representative was so friendly, understanding and very knowledgeable. These ladies here makes up for the few rude representatives that I have spoken with from any customer service line for any company. The genuine care of these representatives is why I still have respect when I am handling a customer service issue no matter how frustrating it is. They have truly made my day.

Andrea and her team have always been super responsive to me day or night! Helped me immediately with new cars and any changes in insurances! Love them. Had acceptance for 6 yrs now!
