Had a 2 month old battery for my truck go bad, they tested it and said the battery was good and asked if I wanted them to charge it, I said yes. Good thing, it needed to be replaced and they did it with no issues. Good experience today.

I will pay more money and go to any of the local competition just for better service alone. I called the evening before about a set of tires and was told there were two in stock. I asked them to hold them for me I would be in the next afternoon to purchase them. Left work early got there setup my needs at the counter and got my little barcode to lock in my spot in line for service. After 3 � - 4 hours of walking around and not being called back to Automotive I checked back in and they had cleared everyone else out and never took the time to tell me they didn't have the tires. They had just done a full inventory the day before and the system said they were in stock but they weren't in the racks. This is the 3rd time in six months that this store has done this to me. The associates were nice but that doesn't produce the tires nor does it excuse them from not paging me back there in a timely manner to inform me that they couldn't find the tires. Also there were 3 women working inside and only 1 Tech in the garage.

Went to purchase 2 new tires. They didn't have the type I saw online but Miss Christy told me about the Goodyear Avia . Little more but better quality. Then Mr. Jerry professional installed them. All within an hour. They open at 7 am. Never had any complaints with tires. Just that if you call you'll probably never reach them.

Only had one tech working. I understand one guy can't work miracles, but I waited 3 hours for an oil change. They need to have more staff... Oh wait this is Walmart. I won't be back here for oil change again.

If you ever need tires put on, dont be in a hurry!! I wa as next vehicle in line and a Nissan Altima in front of me... took the worker 2 1/2 hours just mount and balance 4 tires on that car... then they pulled my truck in ... another worker started on my truck cause the other one went to lunch( THANK GOD)... within 30 min this worker had all 4 tires mounted and balance!!! if I was allowed to give him a tip I would have gave him $40 tip.

Got there at 8:50 they was done at 9:24 clerk didn't tell me til 12:15 my car was done.. been sitting here for almost 3hrs for nothing.. SERIOUSLY NEVER GETTING AN OIL CHANGE THERE AGAIN

I've been here for 2 and a half hours and 1 car was in front of me. They were done with the oil change for about 10 minutes and my hood still up. If you have somewhere to be don't come

There was no express about it.Went there twice a week or two apart from each other. And they were slower each time.Doubt I'll be back.

Quick service had high mileage oil change with air filter. Just give customer place to sit back is still sore.

They are ok. They just don't have no speed in what they are doing simple oil changes.

If you get there later in the day you will probably have a long wait. Though they do good job I haven't had any problems.
