Called to inquire about a set of 4 tires. The lady in the tire center was very rude, unpleasant, and very unprofessional. Obviously she did not want to make the $600 - $700 sale, even after I confirmed online that the tires were in stock. I will never do business with the tire and lube center again. I'd rather spend a little more money and be treated like a human, than to deal with a rude employee

Very disappointed! My SO came up here to get his light fixed and oil changed. They told him they couldn t fix the light because he had a part missing. Well, we took the car to my uncle and he fixed it right there, said the part was still there but loose. So either they didn t take an actual look and just guessed, or straight up lied to us because they didn t feel like fixing it. I m usually not one to complain, but they could have cost us hundreds of dollars going to another place trying to get a part that we weren t actually missing! Also took about two hours for the oil change, which again, I most likely wouldn t have complained about if it weren t for the lying and laziness!

The absolute worst place in the state to get a tire changed. They broke my rim and lugs. Sent me off with stripped lugs and made me wait 5 hours for a simple tire change...

It's ok. Most of the time you be waiting too long for just an oil change. When it don't be nobody but, one car ahead.

Waited 2 1/2 hours to get ONE tire replaced. There was only 1 car ahead of me. Very slow

It was an exhausting wait , the employees were very nice . Overall they did a very good job .
