I arrived at the store at 8:20 am on Sunday and store was not open . Posted store hours on Sunday 8 am - 8pm

Took a battery I had purchased last year from O'Reilly in. Battery wouldn't hold a charge. I asked them to test it so I could get a replacement. The carried it to the back. When the clerk came out, he said it has to charge to test it. I asked how long, and he said about 1 hour. I told him I had a 3hour drive and I couldn't wait that long. I took the battery and put it back in the bed of my truck.I took it to a store on Mobile, Alabama. They tested it in 5 minutes, gave me a new battery.

The young guy was very helpful and nice, he took my old battery out and put the new one in for me. Everytime I go in there I get good service with a smile.

We was able to purchase one of the item that we was looking for and other item was available. The association Roc was so patient with us with our Q&A and looking for the item I give him a over all 10 on his services he provided for us grate job ROC..

Excellent service, friendly and informative. They put my windshield wipers on for free and I got the best deal for the best quality of wipers. They even install them in the rain. The absolute best auto store in quality and service.

Service is good but expensive, a rotary cost more than the distributor cap, I don't get that.
