Great service, didn t rush me when picking out a new seat and answers all my questions. They installed the seat fast and even made sure I was happy before I paid.

Only thing that is new is the $165.00 an hour.on latest price upgrade.Parts department is still top rate in knowing the people and their parts.Used to rate as a 5, however, several employees left that really knew their stuff in service department and always knew your name.The merchandise has stickers but you have to often ask for prices.Still a good place for Peterbilt parts but its just between Just ok and I like it rating.

I had my truck towed in by pitts and sons on 7/12/23 a tow company that Jeff referred me to, my truck needed a new discharge line when I returned to pick my truck up on 7/17/23 i had lights on the dash and issue with my truck that I didn't have so I took it back to service and it was found that I had frame damage from being towed that tilted my axle I spoke with Scott from pitts and sons and Robert with rush truck center and they informed me they would inspect to see what caused the damaged neither rush truck center or pitts and son took responsibility for the damages even though they both were the ones that moved my truck and I didn't have these issues before they claimed it being a old truck caused the damage when I literally have a 2019 Peterbilt which is only 4 years old. so I had to pay and additional $1300 on top of the $1,000 tow bill and$1800 service bill for the discharge line to get the damaged one of them caused fixed and ended up not getting my truck back until today which is 7/21/23 and once I returned home now the rear Ac to my sleeper is not working which is another problem that I did not have. I spent over $3,000 with them just to receive my truck back with Issues that i know for a fact that it did not have before and they do not take responsibility for the issues they caused. It was my first time ever taking my truck there to be serviced and I will never take my truck back ever again. Absolutely worse experience ever.

Called for a price on a 23 peterbilt 567 spoke to john, was surprised that he would not give me a part number. He gave me the price and said he had one in stock.I asked how do I get the approval from the insurance company. He said the part number will be on the invoice.In thirty eight years never had that happen.

OK I use this shop because its close by my home. But i have not been satisfied with them the last few months.have taken it in for multiple reapiars spent over $15,000 and still have not fixed over half of what I brought it in for.Replaced power steering pump ($2400.00) and didn't replace the filter. And still didn't fix the problem. Come to find out all that need to be replaced was the filter($25.00).This is just one of the things that didn't get fixed. I did not bring it to a shop to just change out parts randomly. I brought it here to get it fixed. There service has gone down hill in my opinion.I am a little guy in this industry. Cant just keep throwing money at a shop and them not fix it. Have called and left messages with no response.And I understand that something are out of your control, but not fixing something that I brought to you and paid you for us not a good way to do business.It is costing me more down time and money to just keep trowing at your shop and not getting things fixed right then first time. And if I'm not making money because of it I can't continue to use your shop for my repairs.

I called to order a seat belt for my older Peterbilt Truck and they had it in stock and will have it delivered to my office tomorrow!! WOW! what great service! BOB was amazing and had the BEST attitude. He's definitely a keeper!

Great customer service, they got me in and out, nice people there. For the body shop I'm still waiting for repair estimate it's been 3 weeks i believe. I know they are busy, but my insurance company keeps asking for estimates. I definitely recommend the guys in the shop

It s a rush expect some overpriced things but not many. Service is good and quick and the parts people are knowledgeable. Decent hotels in the area if your stuck. It s really the only game in town if you re a Pete owner but still good for what they do. I will continue to do business with them

Only I can say they will have your parts you need. The shop charges too much an hour and the smaller repair shop towards the back is a little cheaper but will try to RIP you off on the labor hours $2500 to replace tie rods and tracking rods really?

Awesome customer service. The way it should be. Becky makes your life so much easier she is on her job. She will fight for you against warranty an help as much she can. She knows when your just one of the little guys who cant afford to wait. Cant say i want to be back soon lol but if i must break down again i hope it by her shop.

Chris at the parts counter is THE friendliest, most courteous, friendliest guy at any Peterbilt dealer I've ever been to. I'll go out of my way to patronize the Mobile store mainly because of him. Better prices than most dealerships too.

Great facility. Great attitudes. Slow service. Why stay open till 9 if there s not enough mechanics to get work done. 8 1/2 hrs and $650 later to have 3 fuel lines made that I ll have to install.

i went to get a new windshield. she said it ll be done by 5.(5 is when they leave) so i go back there ain t nobody back there. i had to get somebody from the front to take me in there to get it cause they left it in the shop. didn t pull it out or nothing. everything else went alright

This particular location was lacking at best. I was looking for some parts for a 2019 peterbilt and the one and I mean only one guy working the counter said the truck was to new to have parts. Yet I politely informed him of the multiple 2019 Pete's outside asking do they make parts for this year Pete. Or are they self repairing . It was not a great experience. But not all rush centers are like this.

Rush Truck Center had everything for a Peterbilt that I was hunting and needing. While traveling, happened up on this place. Great, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful employees. Nice, comfortable, clean atmosphere. Would definitely recommend to others. Even had hats in stock to buy, reasonable.

Ms. Becky was able to get my truck looked at & diagnosed quickly. The Tech found the issues with my Wiper System, Repaired the Broken Wires & ordered the new motor. This Service Center fixed what Lake Charles, LA Peterbilt couldn t. I was only down for 2 days. The Holiday Inn Room rate is $79.00/day and they have a shuttle van. Many eateries within walking distance.

I tow trucks to rush regularly for my customers and it has always been a positive experience. Knowledgeable service department, good mechanics. They have a nice drivers lounge if you have to hangout a little while.

DON'T GO TO ANY RUSH STORE! They are at least a third more expensive than any other Peterbilt dealer!!! ON EVERYTHING! I walked away and found a different Peterbilt dealer with much better price and service!

This place was HORRIBLE! They had several people standing around who all "couldnt help me" apparently they only have 1 person working the entire parts department who "was at lunch at 6:00 for an hour. So I wait for him to come back just to tell me he didnt have allison transmission parts and they are an allison dealer!

They could not fix the problem or figure out the problem with the AC had Truck for 6hrs I put new account line on and new accumulater on my self thy charged 540.00d0llars for cool ac not cold ac would not recommend them to fix a bicycle the shop manager does not deal well with costumers

I asked if they have steering gerbox seal kit they said YES!!I loose 3 hour to come in store.when I came they said that they don't have in stock ((
