Went n there to get oil for my car. And me only being 4ft11 couldn't reach the very Top Shelf. The guy behind the counter seen me trying to reach for it and didn't bother to walk from behind the counter to ask if he could Help Me. Til I said hey ya mind doing your job &, help me get this oil? He mumbles something and walks to where I'm at. And says which 1 were u trying to reach with an attitude. Won't be back n there

Went by there today with dead battery,im in poor health so I ask them to put one in for me,they refused,said in was an professional installation,it's top post with one bolt holding it in,then they let me carry the 200 dollar battery that I just bought from them to my truck,by the way I was the only customer in there an there was 4 employees watching me,

I came to buy oil to change the oil in my vehicle and the employee was very rude and didn't want to sell it to me because he simply didn't have change for a $100 bill (I don't understand how such a big store can't have change for 100?) Fortunately , across the street, this "ADVANCE AUTO PARTS" where they have change and they were very kind

Great guysMy gauge has been acting up and I ran out of gas John the manager went and got me a little gas and help me tremendously!!Needless to say I was tremendously thankful and want to head and bought a funnel And some nice jumper cables to keep in the truck so I can pass the favor a long one day in case someone else is in need

This is not your average O'Reilly's. A diamond in the ruff. A four leaf clover on hill of dying grass. A unicorn in a field of horses. Impeccable service. *Italian chef kiss* The best of the best. 5 star employees. 5 star service. 5 star merchandise. If you need anything, these professional parts people go above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of.

I was a regular customer in Virginia. I even have a membership card. I called this store because because one of the ignition coils broke down on my way to Texas. Cameron was not helpful and was not emphatic at all with my situation. It was like he did not care. I was going to buy it from them then look for a mechanic to have it changed. He even told me that techs around here don't allow you to bring your own parts. What the heck is that? Oh well. Thankfully the mechanic next door to them is being amazingly helpful. I can get back on the road in half an hour the most. They need to learn a lot from the Petersburg store in Virginia. I mean it.

Jacob was extremely kind and helpful with my vehicle issues. The prices are higher than other auto stores. But the customer service is excellent and the store is very clean.

O'Reilly auto parts is just ok. The people I will say are very friendly and helpful. The store itself is VERY CLEAN...and organized. Depending on what you are buying the prices are auto part store prices.
