I found the area I was looking for , but not the particular brand I wanted. It would have been helpful if one of the staff had checked to see if I needed their assistance, but no one did. I ended up wishing them a lovely evening omw out the door and omw to the next auto parts store.

Always a good parts store, adequate stock and selection. Where locations differ is in the staff and how kind, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful they are. This one was absolutely not and not ashamed to let a customer know they were bothering him.

About a year ago I was doing a tune up on my vehicle and my boyfriend was going to do it for me so he told me to get everything I need for him to do it so I got online and I googled what is the best place to buy parts from O'Reilly's advance Auto parts are AutoZone and it said O'Reilly's because they have the biggest selection most reasonable price and widest variety!!! So needless to say I've been shopping at O'Reilly's ever since and I prefer them out of any other Auto place parts store they have the best customer service no matter which one I go to they always have a wide selection of stuff out of everything and the best prices!!!! And those are the main things that matter to me!!!!

Hunter at O'Reilly Auto parts was excellent right to the parts right to the price right to the I can have them in the morning coming out there I mean everything was on key he was excellent everybody else I was calling they was he on around this guy really knows his stuff I'll definitely keep going there as a matter of fact he answered the phone and they were closed they closed early and answer the phone it took my order he found my parts and gave me my prices quick right to it thank you Hunter five stars for sure all day long

Everything, every individual item, every component, every piece, every part, there isn't practically a stink'n thing that has not gone up in price, not to mention the amount has decreased, and the overall value of things has decreased, made lighter, thinner, flimsier, cheaper! It's really sad, folks, but it's the truth!

This is the worst store to visit. The employees are not very knowledgeable and there lazy. This is the worst service I have ever seen. The store is on hwy90 at bellingraph rd. It s bad I live 10 min from here and drive 20min out of my way to avoid going here.

Good place to buy parts. They are always ready to help. Had battery problem they helped identify if it was bad or good. Was bad but didn t have money at time to buy one. They were good enough to jump my truck off. That is above and beyond. Will buy my parts there. Thank you

Called for an K&N air filter and was guaranteed that the part would be in the store at 10:30 the next day. On the store door states (Customer Satisfaction is our number 1 priority), I ask for my part and I get we don't have it and it will be at least 7 to 10 days to get the part from our warehouse. The attitude from the guy at the counter was sucks to be you and we don't back up what we say on the phone to customers.By the way, I order the part from K&N and will get sooner and cheaper than O'Reillys.Customer Satisfaction is our number 1 priority, what a bunch of crap.

A short little round man blocked the doorway and refused to allow me entry to the store until I listed everything that I needed to purchase and still didn't assist me. I know prejudice still exists but I didn't expect to be treated like this. Once I was allowed entry into the store I was so uncomfortable and afraid that I refused to spend my hard earned honest money there and went to AutoZone where I was treated like an equal. I will be seeking legal action against this company

Loved it. Was offered the phone number in Google maps. Called to verify part price and availability, friendly and fast. At the store they were fast and friendly.

Came in about 1-2 months ago to buy brake pads. The helper I had proceeded to ask me why I needed brake pads and even came outside to look at my car and informed me that I did not need brake pads that they were fine. I told him my car was squealing and I was told it was my indicators. He told me I would be wasting my money if I bought brake pads and sold me brake grease. He was very cocky. Now here I am today ordering brake pads AND rotors from bad advice. Rather have just gotten my brake pads and spent less money without anyone else s two cents. One star for effort and bc I had to

Greeted as I walked in and counterman was eager to assist with my battery issue. We tested my 2 batteries(diesel engine) and found they were good but a cable was faulty. Saved $360+. Store was clean and we'll stocked. O O O O'RIGHTY O'RIELLY PARTS...FRI. night Theodore, Alabamer USA

Bad experience with Chinese parts. Had to replace a starter 3 times due to defective part. Also, supplied wrong gas cap & refused to exchange for correct one. Never again..

Employees don't seem happy to help and move slow. This was the case in several visits. One employee can barely get around the counter without complaining and didn't listen to what I wanted.

I purchased brake pads here. I wanted to return them for a refund or store credit. I was told no. I'm stuck with $45.00 brake pads that I can't use, would it really have hurt there business to give me a store credit? They lost my business.

Hands down best place to go to have a commercial business account with them and my discount is amazing on top of that they are way better for the system with my problems than any other auto parts store I've been to

Went in to purchase parts and cleaner. The staff (bunch of rude kids) one nice older guy dropped my change from a distance went everywhere. And was very rude about price matching! Will never go back!

Unlike other O'Reilly stores, these guys always seem to have a bit of attitude towards the customer when asked a question. For this reason, I usually try to avoid this store when I can. Other than that they usually have what I need, so driving all the way to the corner isn't necessary.
