Our previous mechanic retired after using him my entire life. We took a chance on My Mechanic and was not disappointed. They had my AC fixed within a day and even closer to home than our previous mechanic. Will be using them from now on.

James and Don were very thorough while inspecting my daughters car and addressing all the safety concerns we had.I was provided a detailed estimate with pictures breaking down all of the issues they found and was also advised which issues should be addressed first if my budget couldn t accommodate all of the repairs needed at one time.They went over and beyond in getting my daughters car done in a timely manner while providing quality service for a reasonable price.Their knowledge and customer service exceeded my expectations.As a woman it can be difficult yet frustrating finding quality mechanics who are honest and won t take advantage of our mechanical ignorance. Solid service by solid people. Fixed an issue with my pickup in an extremely fast time and did a very professional job. They were extremely knowledgeable and filled in me on everything that was needed and what was done afterwards. This will be my go to mechanic for anything and everything.

Twice now I have called My Mechanic for emergency service, the first time actually stranded in a parking lot. During that experience (an electrical anti theft issue) they diagnosed everything and when they couldn't fix it in the parking lot, helped me arrange towing and stayed with me until the car was picked up, while also making sure I was picked up.The second ti.e (electrical on my daughter's Jeep) they fit me into their schedule same day, and fixed the problem in under an hour.Charges were more than reasonable, and in both cases I felt that I was treated professionally and with respect, which doesn't always happen for females getting mechanic work done. I was completely comfortable working with them, and sending my daughter to them. MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDService: Electrical

Don and James were great to work with. They did a thorough evaluation of my truck and explained what had to be done and what I could put off until later. They provided pictures to show what they were doing along the way. Excellent service. Our son's transmission hose blew on their way back home to Florida. Not only did they answer the phone but worked on a Sunday to get my son and his girlfriend back on the road. They sent me pictures of the problem and what they was going to be doing to fix the hose. They also found another hose that was brittle to the touch and replaced that as well.I'm one happy momma!!Service: Transmission

I had no A/C and couldn t stand to drive my truck in this heat. They fixed my truck without breaking the bank, and now I don t show up everywhere soaked in sweat.
