Due to the nature of the job, I m on the road a lot. I have a very unique ability to catch nails, screws in the road leading to flat tire syndrome. I have used Mavis several times as of late and they take very good care of me. Jennifer and her staff are simply amazing! You ll always hear a laugh, and see a smile when in their store. Service is simply phenomenal! Even if you live outside the area, it s worth the drive if you want quality work and great customer service

I just had the best experience at Mavis. I come here whenever I need car service and everyone is always so nice and welcoming! Today D assisted me and got me in and out quick! He had a great attitude and even gave me helpful information on my car. I will be back the next time I need car assistance!

Update: talked with corporate and she was very helpful. She assured me this was not the standard of that company and this should never happen. I will update when I return to the location.This place is a joke. I purchased a set of tires, and the weights came off in less than five hundred miles. I went to get the tire rebalanced and was told it would be three hours. So if you have an appointment, that doesn t matter because when I purchased the tires, I was told by the lady it s first come, first serve. I would not recommend to anyone to use them.

Update: was asked to give the store another chance. I took my vehicle back to get the tires rotated and balanced. My drivers side rear did not have any weights due to them not being installed properly. When I got home the same tire still did not have any weights. They did not do anything to my vehicle and claimed they did.

I got an alignment and tire rotation here. The staff was very polite and well mannered. I am very satisfied with the work that was done on my vehicle. Will recommend Mavis to friends and family.

This review is 3 months to late and I understand that Daryl no longer works for your establishment but I just wanted to let you know how awesome he was in getting the flat piece of whatever was left of my tire off my car which I did not have the lock for the lug nuts. I was towed to your establishment from being stuck on the highway at closing time traveling from Florida back to Texas with my dog, alone. He stayed while all your other employees left because like I said no keylock he assured me he would do whatever it took to get the wheel off and another tire on and that is exactly what he did.Not sure why he is no longer there but you definitely need more caring associates like him working at your establishment.

been to many ntb and mavis stores but this one has such a welcoming environment, the customer service is top tier always enjoy sitting up here waiting for my car to be worked on. if you have any issues they are the best place to go to for help. 4ever customer

Every time I've been here for service the prices have been reasonable and the staff is willing to work with my schedule for maintenance, have been to many Mavis locations and all have given excellent service. Would recommend.

They were happy to work with the amount of money I had to spend to get the things done that I needed! Customer service was great. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back when it s time for tires and brakes again :)

pretty bad. got an oil change that was 85.00. This was their cheapest option apparently. They didnt even put a sticker for the next time I should get an oil change. One lady at the counter who seemed to have little to no customer service training.

Stopped in without an appointment at the end of the day on a Friday. I had my own tires for the front of my vehicle and desperately needed them installed because the belt was falling off of them. You could tell the shop was still busy and I m sure they were looking forward to going home. The wonderful woman working the front counter was more than happy to help me out and work me in to get tires installed. I would have been happy to come back the next day but I m extremely grateful the excellent service that was provided.

I pulled in to Mavis tire off hwy 90 in Theodore, AL needing a tire. The Staff was friendly, curteous, and knowledgable. I was Very Pleased with the service I received, I will definitly be back !!!

Made an appt online for 8am for a FREE tire rotation and balance check. When i got here they told me it was gonna be $50....WELL ok. So im waiting and there is no technicians here. The first one didnt come in till 830am. Its 917 and still waiting. For a 8am appt. For tire rotation.1/10/24: update....took my car else where for new brakes and they could not remove one of the tires bc the people at Mavis screwed up and cross threaded the lugnut and now im currently here still waiting on them to fix it after they told me it would be ready yesterday evening or definitely by 8a today. Its now 830am and he said another hour....
