My first experience was good. They fixed a slide out gasket on the spot so my daughter could continue to stay in the camper before she moved away for an education. But they didn't fix it correctly and it leaked again actually fell off. So I brought it back when I had an appointment a few days later after we found it. My daughter has to leave in a week to move for an internship and stay in this camper. For 10 days now. They have told me they were going to fix it where they didn't do it right the first time and check some other things. However, they've done nothing except keep telling me they're going to look at it. Time is running out and she might have to give up her internship because she won't have a place to stay since they keep not getting it into the shop. I really thought they were a great place to start with, but I'm beginning to have second thoughts.

We just recently purchased an RV and have been looking for a part that seemed to be only available online. So we called Art at Johnny's RV and also their competitor right down the road. We got a price list from both stores and Johnny's RV was almost half the amount that the other store was charging. Not to mention, the knowledge and friendliness of the staff there was a very welcomed bonus! On top of that, once we arrived there to purchase the part, Art accommodated us with a smile and then discounted the part even more. We live over 30 miles away and will definitely be doing our business here from now on and we highly recommend others do as well!

The staff here were very friendly, we're also very knowledgeable about their products and easily helped us locate a camper with certain needs. They also have great prices and can work with you and multiple different ways. Would highly recommend visiting this location if you are looking for a great deal on campers and RVs.

I cannot begin to express how great these folks are. We were on the road in our 40ft MH for the first time ever (always before on business) and hoping to finally really enjoy our RV. 3 problems in the first 48 hours. On a whim, I saw the great reviews, and so I called. I said I could only wait for a repair as we were living in it, described the issues and they said bring her over. Within a couple hours, we were back in business all 3 problems fixed up plus a little extra fix we got some help with. I can't post what it cost because I really don't think they could stay in business if they charged this little every time! They really believed they didn't do much but we disagree - they helped us so much and we are so grateful! Thank you Daryl & Craig! Y'all are the best.

I agreed with the many good reviews before me, A+ service, above and beyond!Engine light came on our 2005 Alfa yesterday and engine became sluggish, we rolled in first thing this morning, the guys sprang to work right away. Really awesome bunch, very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and understanding. Me & my wife both agreed, the level of service was better than high end hotels we been to around the world! Our problem turn out to be a faulty turbo boost sensor, which they couldn't source locally but went the distance to get it from outside of town. Also attention to details! They discovered our valve cover gasket was leaking badly and replaced that. Which if we didn't know, probably would of ran it till the engine run dry and seize. All of the above was taken care of in the same day as they understood we were on the road, this was our home and they did their very best to help us. We understand that this isn't possible everytime, so if you get a different result then us, please try to be understanding, they might not be able to drop everything to help someone, but we got lucky.Highly recommend this shop! We are very grateful to have them work on our RV. 10/10!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

I am so happy we went to this RV dealership. The sales staff is great. We found exactly what we have been searching for and received the most incredible customer service. They have a great inventory of used campers and offer an awesome warranty. Every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you!!

Parts and service department are excellent. Parts people know their stuff and won't try to sell you something you don't need. Much appreciated. Service (Gary) especially good. Fixed my problem in no time and did it with a smile on his face. Rare these days. Johnny's is definitely our go-to place.

I very rarely if ever right reviews. However I m overwhelmingly compelled to write a review regarding Johnny s RV. When my wife and I first ventured out to purchase an RV we searched long and hard across the southeastern United States. I ran across a really perfect RV for us, checking all the boxes at Johnny s RV s and after speaking with a salesman by the name of Dana, it seem to be too good to be true as a retired law-enforcement officer of 28 years, I m very skeptical and quite cynical. However, I was also very captivated by how nice and professional Dana was and more importantly his honesty. Therefore I had to find out for myself if this place was too good to be true. My wife and I flew from Florida to Mobile, Alabama and I will tell you that this place was even better than I expected, on many levels and for many reasons! Everyone we encountered were so nice, accommodating and quite professional and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. Needless to say we felt it was a great deal and we purchased the RV. Moreover, the service after the sell was even better than before which is saying a lot. I now have new friends in the Mobile area, more specifically the owner, Johnny himself who is at the front lines helping out at every opportunity, exhibiting true leadership, honesty and integrity. I cannot recommend this place enough, it truly is one of a kind!

We bought a pre-owned Class A from Johnny s and couldn t have had a better experience. I work in a service industry myself, so I do not typically become this impressed by businesses. We didn t encounter an employee who was not super accommodating and communicative. Dana was our salesman and Caleb was our walk thru coordinator. They both went above and beyond. We live 700miles from Johnny s, but I hope they re still around when it s time for our next RV. We will be back.

We are traveling in our 24' motorhome for 4 months and yesterday our door latch broke and we couldn't open the door. We were passing through the Mobile area and on a long shot called a locksmith in Theodore and he recommended Johnny's RV Repair Shop. So we gave them a call and they told us to come on by & they'd have a look. They came right out, determined the problem, replaced the door lock and we were back on the road within an hour! All the employees were helpful, skilled & friendly. We are so thankful we found them and highly recommend.

Absolutely, the best place for RVers needing service. The staff helped me in a time of need when I was 500 miles away from home. Absolutely. The best. The "larger" dealer only have the name, but Johnny's service center is the best at heart and truly a member of the RV community. The staff is professional, courteous, friendly. I got a good price for my repairs. . Thank you all for your dedication to excellent service.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

The owner of Johnny's RV discount and RV resort parks has blackballed me unmercifully for several years. His personal associates transported my unit damaging it in the process as I watched them. Despite personally witnessing the occurrence of the damage Johnny came against me severely causing all of his associates and Friends to mistreat me and refuse to assist me in any of my needs for rectifying the problems I incurred by trusting him to recommend transporters for my coach. They have which declined any liability for the damages. Johnny nor they would provide information regarding their business being bonded or insured. Johnny took the side of Joey Strickland, State farm insurance agent and assisted him in having my claim declined. As a direct result of their black listing me, I have found it extremely difficult to get any assistance in the care and maintenance of my coach. I am an invalid who is house bound aged 73. Their conduct toward me has been extremely cruel in their attempts to make my life miserable they have succeeded. Recently I plead with Johnny to forgive me for being upset and because he purports to be an upstanding community leader and Christian, I felt he would want to reconcile our differences. However he informed me that he felt I was harassing him through the attempt to seek amends and if I contacted him again he would report me to law enforcement. I am deeply saddened that a man of such stature would so cruelly mistreat a woman who is too ill to leave her home except to go to the doctors office. I feel deep sorrow for him because he has problems money cannot fix. He is a velvet hammer and a cruel businessman who uses all of his staff and friendships against an innocent old woman who has no support team. My family and friends are in Texas. I became ill in my travels here numerous years ago. Have not been well enough to return to my family and friends. Because of his cruelty I have none here. There is no hope of making friends because I am housebound. I hope his success in destroying my happiness has brought him the happiness and prosperity he feels he deserves.

We were traveling through Mobile on I-10. Our RV control panel went out. Since we are full timers our time is very valuable. I contacted Johnny's and they told me to bring it in so they could diagnose the issue. They identified the issues and ordered parts. The repairs were were done next morning. I would like to thank Trevor Gary and Misty for their concern and fast actions to get us back on the road!If you ever need help don't hesitate to contact them. They will treat you fair and get you back on the road.Vernon GayServices: Electrical, Air conditioning

They had the double vaive I needed for the lp tanks. The guy behind the counter told me it couldn't be a faulty regulator valve, exhaust combo. But it was faulty. Fixed my leaking gas problem. Glad they had it in stock

Don't bother trying to reach a service person or tech. I've called multiple times in the past only to leave unreturned messages for contact and of problems. Now their parts shop down the road is completely different, have gone in there and found the employee at their counter knowledgeable, understanding, could visualize a customers solutions and offer alternatives that actually was a savings to the customer than the customers idea of a fix! THERE I HAVE returned to a few times. Talk to your potential customers, even if you only make a few bucks, decency doesn't cost anyone a thing.

Thanks Mary and her coworker in helping me trying to get my new air conditioner hooked up. Went by there on Monday and they didn t have the communication cable I needed but call there service guy to ask him about it and he told me to go to Lowe s and get the parts to make one. Her coworker (sorry I don t remember his name) called me back on Saturday to let me know they had gotten one in. I told him a few things I was looking at he said sounds good. About ten minutes later he called me back with some more information the was critical. Now that is service. Thanks for your serviceService: Air conditioning

We had driven down from Michigan and we re 2 days into our vacation when the furnace died. Since it was reaching the low 30 s at night we were pretty uncomfortable at night and at risk of frozen pipes. After trying several local RV repair shops with no luck (no parts, no time, no patience) we stumbled on Johnnys. They were a great mix of southern charm and professional skill. They had the circuit board I needed and despite an obviously busy work load of campers, got us back on the road in hours. Could not be happier with the experience and highly recommend them to others. Happy wife, happy life.Service: Electrical

Best parts and service ever in 20 years of RVing. We needed service while on the road. I knew a propane hose needed replacing but it was beyond my capabilities to install. I arrived at the parts counter at 4:30pm. They figured out exactly what I needed without even seeing the motorhome (which was back at the campground) and said they could have the part by 8am the next day! The service department said to show up the next day when it was convenient for us and they would install it. They got us right back on the road so that our trip was not impacted. When it came time to pay, the price was so low I was embarrassed.

Had a great service experience with Johnny's RV. This is the second time we've brought our RV there for service. First time was for insurance work. This time, all out of our pocket. Treated us with respect, did the repairs when promised, and made sure we were satisfied with the repairs before we left for our 3 hour drive home. Trevor is great to work with.
