My husband got a truck from them and it was going good or so we thought. He has put so much money into bc of the fuel pump and transmission.

This is the best car lot. Even gave me a car to drive home while they changed my break pads on my new truck. Mr Wayne is straight to the point and pulled every card he could to get me into the truck I wanted.

I have passed by this auto dealership a few times and their selection always catches my eye. Once we were in the market for another truck I jumped on their website we were able to view their inventory, mileage, prices, basically full transparency for each vehicle.We went to dealership with several vehicles we wanted to look at.We were able to just peruse the trucks at will. Nobody came up and hassled us. there was no high pressure salesperson.We viewed the vehicles we were interested in. Decided we wanted to test drive one truck.We wanted the truck. We purchased the truck and the entire transaction from start to finish took about an hour.The people there are just so down to earth. Straight shooters.Made everything just so simple and so easy. It honestly was the easiest truck purchase we ever made.

We purchased a truck from Hooney s Auto Sales. The owner John Hinton was great to work with. From one salesman to another he seemed honest and down to earth. There were several special requests we made, and he agreed and honored all of them. The process went quick and smoothly even though I changed the terms of sale a couple of times. The finance manager Wayne Hirtreiter was very patient and always said no problem . I will refer anyone I know looking to buy a used vehicle to Hooney s Auto Sales Theodore Alabama.

When I arrived at Hooney's Wayne gave me the keys to any truck I wanted to drive. After selecting the truck I wanted He made an offer I could not refuse. That offer was that his shop would pay to have some issues fixed for me once we agreed on a price. During the repairs they gave me a newer F250 to drive just so I could continue to work without my new truck. I have been blown away by their customer service. They've done everything I asked, and didn't give me any lip service in the mean time. They are one of the few auto sellers that regularly stock used SuperDuty, Duramax, and Dodge 2500 trucks in Alabama. I have no problem with our deal, and would happily recommend them to friends and family. Thanks Wayne for taking care of us!

I want to thank Whane for helping my mother out with the awesome Yukon Denali him and his wife went out of their way to insure that they made the vehicle perfect.....and getting them a low interest loan...They are amazing....Thank you for that...

In October, I went to this dealership and bought a Jeep. I had a great experience and I loved my Jeep. Then 2 weeks later, Hurricane Zeta drowned my car and destroyed it. I was devastated. Since I had gotten the extended warranty, I went back to the dealership to cancel it. Wayne and his wonderful wife not only helped me cancel the warranty, they got me into another Jeep and gave me great advice on dealing with the insurance claim. They are wonderful.

I bought a Ram 2500 from them. Wayne got a great finance rate for me and the process was very easy. Shortly after I bought the truck some issues came up with it. Went back and talked to John, who is the owner about getting the issues fixed. I want to tell you that this man bent over backwards for me. Fixed all the issues, kept me informed during the process and was just a nice guy during the whole ordeal. I cant say enough good things about Hooney's!!! They are all about making the customer happy and I will definitely do business with them again.Thanks John!!

I was definitely not easy to deal with. I found an amazing Tahoe they had and Wayne worked with me all the way to make sure I was extremely happy with my purchase. Its rare to find that experience like you are buying from a friend, when in reality I had never met a one of them before. Great service.

We found a vehicle at Hooney's through their online inventory, and after several calls back and forth we drove 500+ miles to trade cars with them.They seemed to answer every question to the best of their ability, and while we were disappointed on one aspect (the car had been owned by a smoker) it was still a great experience. After the initial trade, they were prompt to get the paperwork processed and fill out the necessary forms for transfer to our state.Based on our interaction with the owner and staff and based on the outcome of the trade we would be happy to work with them again.

This is the best small family business car dealership in Mobile !Wayne is the best salesman that I have ever met, he knows what he's doing , his customer servicei is wonderful ! They make you feel like family ! You are not under pressure to buy from them .Customers are his top priority ! He doesn't say go home and we will call you ! You get your answers as soon as your paperwork is done ! We have bought two vehicles from them and my son has bought from them also . If you want to get a great vehicle this is the place to come , They are highly-qualified and we recomendthem to everyone ! And we will buy from them again !

I bought a 2000 Jeep Wrangler from them 2 months ago. I live out of state, so I found it online. I asked several questions about the general condition of the vehicle, specifically rust. They said it had no rust, the AC doesn't work, and the check engine light was on. I knew an older vehicle would need a little TLC, so I agreed to purchase the vehicle based on their description and flew in from Texas to pick it up. After I got it home and did a detailed inspection, the frame is rusted beyond repair. I wouldn't have bought it if they had been upfront about the damage. I can't even sell it for what I paid.

Bought a truck from this place in November 2014. Within the first week the truck needed work on the wiring harness. Next couple of months i have to replace struts shocks tire rods almost complete suspension overhaul. Within a year the transmission tears up. On top of everything, paid more for the truck than i should have assuming it were in "good condition," but i ignored that because i was in a bind with my credit and needed a truck for work. I'll never do business here again, and i recommend you don't either.

I'm a long time friend of the family so I trusted them when they were the only ones who had a car that I had been looking for. Suspiciously they never let me see the car until after everything was signed and sealed and long behold the car had been wrecked in the front and back, along with a major oil leak, cracked head gaskets. Took forever to repair and on top of everything, they sold it to me at EXTRA FULL retail price. Absolute Crooks.
