Do not come here unless you want to be ripped off. They sell you vehicles that will get you off the lot and mess up within a few weeks! The first car I had stopped working out of no where and I only had it a week! So I traded for a new suv and he still made me put down 1,000 for another piece of junk. Stopped working within a few weeks as well so I stopped paying payments, thankfully he called a tow truck (secretly) even though I was watching the entire time and got out in the middle of the night (bc of missed payments) even tho after a few weeks it wouldn t start! If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. I am a single mom with two kids, and they still had no problem ripping me off. The worst part is the owner has the audacity of claiming to be a Christian, but his whole business rips people off and hurts them in the long run. He really needs a long conversation with Jesus! I will be sure to tell everyone about this place.

DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU EXPECT PROFESSIONALISM AND PROPER PAPERWORK!Long story short: I bought a car December 2021 and did not receive a title until July 2023. That was after I had to hire a lawyer to sue them for Breach of Contract.I purchased a car from them in December 2021, paid in full, and signed the Bill of Sale and the Transfer of Title to register the vehicle in my name. After a few weeks I realized I had not received the title. I contacted Doug Brannan and he was condescending and very unhelpful. Every time I spoke to him he acted like it was the first time he had heard about the situation and I had to remind him of what I needed. He gave me the run around first stating that there was only one person that knew how to do the title paperwork and they had recently passed away, then said in his 30 years of business he never had to deal with title paperwork so he did not know why I did not have to title. He then tried to blame the DMV on the hold-up. Eventually he stopped answering or returning my calls.I found out, on my own, that one month after the purchase Brannan's canceled the Transfer of Title request with the DMV. When I confronted Doug Brannan with this information he again stated that he does not deal with title paperwork so he does not know what happened.I ended up needing to hire a lawyer to sue Brannan's Automotive for Breach of Contract. My lawyer also had difficulty communicating with Brannan's through email as well as phone calls. My lawyer discovered that there may be an existing lien on the vehicle, which was not disclosed prior to the sale. We attempted to settle with Brannan's in order to be simply be done and move on, but they further refused contact. In July 2023, (a whole year and 7 months after purchase) I finally received the title for the vehicle purchase, however I was still upset that I had to hire a lawyer just to get them to do the right thing!! Eventually we settled for an amount that only covered the cost it took to hire the lawyer.The vehicle has been great, with no major issues. But had I known it would take over a year and a half just to get the title and only after I got a lawyer involved, I would not have made the purchase!

This car lot is very family oriented. The staff are super sweet and reasonable. They will work with you as long as you're transparent and willing to be worked with. They try their best to get you in what you need and if you have any trouble with your vehicle after purchase, you only have to call and they will try their best to fix the problem. I Love it here

I was so very happy with my experience with them. I went looking for a new car found them and only hours later drove off in my new car. Ive now had the car for a little over a year and I love it more than I ever though it has been a great car but not only that the people have been so good to me they are always so nice and one month after getting covid I couldn't pay my car note that month and they were more than happy to work with me. I have everyone I know about them and will keep telling so if your looking for a car I promise you won't regret coming here they are get people with great cars.

After the full experience of buying a car from them, I was sold a car that they said only needed some air in the tire. Our mechanics found out there was significantly more. The moment I called the owner and even said what car I bought, I got scolded about being ungrateful without even mentioning anything? Eventually let it go and just tried to sell the car, but I was waiting for the title. Called them 3 weeks after I was supposed to get it only to find out that they hadn't planned on giving it me until I caused a problem. They tried to delete our reviews and allegedly buy good ones on Facebook when my wife and I tried to let everyone know. Do. Not. Buy. Here.

This is a Great car lot we have had great cars from them , i know them personally and i know they are great people i give them 5 stars they are a great place but who in there right mind would think its there fault after 6 months or 2 years after buying a car if it breaks down or not?? people need to stop and realize they are buying from a USED CAR LOT AS IS! It's on the buyer i know a LOT of people who has bought cars from Brannan's and you almost never hear from the good ones, But You guys Have a Blessed Day.

Had a great experience with this car lot! After searching for weeks and going to multiple lots I finally found them! The salesmen was not pushy at all they gave me great information about each vehicle and gave me a great deal that was in budget.. You can tell there good people and have morals unlike 90% of the car lots around here. They wasnt just worried about making a sale but genuinely wanted you to be happy with your selection ... I will definitely go here in the future if needed and highly recommend!! I've had my car almost a year now with no complaints

I had just bought a nice suv and it had everything I wished for in a vehicle, the salesman knew how much I wanted this vehicle even though it was little out of my price range and he worked with me and made sure I got the vehicle I loved! The whole experience was pretty easy and you could tell they re dedicated to making people love what they get. I only had a slight problem with the headlight and within an hour it was situated to be fixed. Will definitely recommend and come back for a second vehicle

Work I had to do to the vehicle within 2 weeks of buying.- replace Breaks- repair rotars- replace starter- replace fuel pump- change 3 ignition coils- replace radio- and currently getting the computer replacedTold the owner and he basically told me to go F myself. Buyer beware, they sell lemons and don't stand behind anything they sell. Do yourself a favor and go down the road to island mortars, they are much better. And they warned me about Brannan's unfortunately I didn't listen.

We had a wonderful experience here, with it being tax season all other car lots that we went to had major mark ups on all of their vehicles but at Brannan's automotive they had reasonable prices and nice, helpful staff.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I got a 2003 jeep liberty from here, I was only able to drive it for two months before it started smoking and completely shut off on me. Turns out there is a crack in block and they put stop leak into the engine. Screwed me out of 3000 plus another 1000 worth of work for NOTHING!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

I bought a car at this place on January 3,2020 I took it back on January 7 to get a head light Doug took my car from me and told me about a car he sold me in 2014 in which he says that he never got back. Police were called at my request this man sold me a car and took it back with out giving my down payment back he's disrespectful and shady as of the 8 of January I will be going to file papers and take him to small claims court. And when the officers got ready to leave and take me home he says that if his insurance card tells him to give my money back he'll give it back I know he's wrong he knows he's wrong even his account lied and said I cursed her out but God is on my side in this matter and I know he will see me through this matter,Bad place to do business at

Please don't buy a car from them they are all lemons. I'm taking them to court and to Judge Mathis but I'm calling the BBB first. Yall have been warned!!!! They aren't worth a star but since I couldn't post without putting a star. There it is.

These are the most untrustworthy people I've ever met. The owner called my wife a sorry excuse for a human after the tire blew out on the car they just sold us. If I could rate anything under 1 star I would have. Never buy anything from "Brannan's"

JUST DONT GO HERE, THESE PEOPLE ARE SORRY. IF I COUOD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD. THEY CANT EVEN GIVE U YOUR NUMBERS WHEN U ASK FOR THEM. NO TELLING HOW MANY PEOPLE THEY DONE SCREWED LIKE THIS. I ASKED THESE PEOPLE FOR 3 MONTHS WHAT MY PAYOUT WAS AND THEY COULDNT EVEN GIVE IT TO ME ACCURATELY, THEN i GET A LIL BEHIND THEY WONT TO REPO. WHEN I HAD TRIED TO GET THESE PEOPLE TO GIVE ME MY NUMBERS ACCURATELY SO I CAN PAY IT OFF. JUST DONT GO HERE.
