The new MX5400 is the 2nd tractor I've bought from this dealership. An M7040 cab was the first, 10 yrs ago. I also have an L3010 I bought many years ago before they were in business. Still have all three. Not only are the tractors great, but this dealership is top notch on standing behind you if you have an issue! Parts people are friendly too, when you need filters, etc. I'd recommend Clay Parris and the rest of the guys including Kevin ( the delivery guy) to anyone looking for a new tractor!

Bought a brand new 2022 new holland 450 roll belt through a guy who had bought the baler from them 4 months ago. Can t get service when call, won t respect warranty, we ve had to call twelve different times about the warranty recall and they still haven t come. We called three weeks ago, AGAIN, and they said they would come out in a week. Well it s been 3. And we re still in a hassle trying to get these people. Oh yea and don t forget the 700 dollars they charged us to come out and unclog the hay out of our baler! So fed up so tired of it and still have a brand new broke baler. Everytime we call they say they ll call back or they ll be out within a week. Neither ever happen. I couldn t even begin to recommend this place to anyone and thanks to their own service I ll be going else where to buy any new equipment. Do not buy through this place they re horrible and don t even respect their own company.

I would have been okay with them bought some Stihl chainsaws weed eater and blower they two cycles so they told me to buy the oil that would double the warranty the weed eater would run up to it got hot cut off it was a carburetor problem the boy up front sent me to the girl in the back and she said it didn't cover the carburetor. Well carburetor a magneto coils all the gas and it fired. I'm retired mechanic I'd fix diesels I worked at international place when I was 18 till I was about 22 and I moved all the bigger and better things. It's just a fact to be dishonest I don't like that send a friend up there he spent about 1500 try to be a good customer to them but I'll take my business to Greens in Athens . And they have about seven people up there talking but ain't nobody waiting on you.and look like they hate to be there.. liars that's what they are they didn't honor there warranty oh i bought the 270 farm Boss from greens agriculture in Athens because of how I was lied to about the oil and the warranty.

Very nice people but charged me $600 to fix a mower that was worth about $400. Kept the mower for 5-6 months and never called to see if I wanted to spend that much or junk the mower. I would have never spent that much on an old mower! We have done business there but they have lost my trust.

Will not honor quotes. Great place for eccuses.This was not over months, but hours ( same day ) got a quote in the am went back to do the deal and it changed after lunch.Thanks I bought a John Deere from Tri Green.

They have Case and Kubota parts. I bought a Case 584 forklift just so I had someone close to work on it. Its basically the 584 backhoe converted. Only to be told they dont work on forklifts. Talk about getting hot. I actual called and told them I had a 584 coming which was delivered via rollback then denied service (thats kinda my fault I failed to mention forklift and just said Case 584) Im just trying to stay local with services. They do have stuff though and service can help me defiantly better than the advanced auto parts. In reply to the apology below dear sir do you really think your comment is worth anything to any decent hardworking person. Its insulting and everybody that follows reviews knows it. Im concerned for the future of H and R at this point It was probably a blessing in was refused service. furthermore im dropping you to 1 star now congratulations on your achievements and good luck with future endeavors.

I recently bought a chainsaw here. They were helpful, explained everything well, got me an extended warranty for buying a six pack of Stihl oil, and the price was great. Also they were the only Stihl dealer open when I needed them. Good store.

I bought 421Kubota zero turn lawnmower. Luke was outstanding in closing the deal deliver it with full tank gas and Kubota ball cap. Really enjoy the lawnmower and ball cap to. Give them 5 star for their service.

I was needing a particular Stihl saw , called all over the North Alabama area .. they were the only dealer who had 1 .. actually had 2 .. very nice people .

Driver came to pick up our yard machine for service (we were not at home).It was in the driveway covered with tarp and tied with a ropeCame home to a neatly folded tarp and coiled rope. Outstanding customer service!

I recently visited I was ignored the entire time. The receptionist and I made eye contact upon entering and exiting and she said nothing. If you are not a buying a 90,000 tractor do not visit. Go somewhere where they appreciate every sale. The sad thing is I am a local business owner and wanted to keep my dollars local. It is anything but the down home friendly place they advertise themselves as.

Impressed, had tractor repaired, I was expecting an expensive repair but they said it didn't need repaired and an adjustment took care of it. Saved me a ton of cash!!
