This is by far the BEST copart I have ever been to. They are quick and so friendly. They always get me in and out, and feel like family. Again, yard 66 has to be the most efficient copart I have ever been to.

I forgot my garage door opener in my totaled car. I called Copart and was given all the information I would need to access the car and retrieve the opener. Upon arriving at the Copart office in Tanner, Ms. Lakeitra Boykin was very helpful in confirming my ownership of the car, locating the car, and having someone get my garage door opener for me. Ms. Boykin could not have been more helpful. Please, pass on my thanks to her for a job well done.

The front half of our transaction on the telephone was efficient and friendly. The experience fell apart quickly when we had face to face customer service. It is important to understand that the folks you sell your car to on the phone are not the same company you interact with in Tanner. On the lot, the customer service was poor, they repeatedly did not do what they said they would do, would not provide a bill of sale without intervention from a manager, and it took me three trips to the lot to actually get my check. I would rather donate my car than have to waste a day driving back and forth to Tanner. This company has a very poor reputation at the DMV in Decatur, and I was told by a clerk there they send people back and forth to Copart in Tanner every day because the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. Steer clear of this place!

Not sure how to rate 0... worst customer service and agree that woman in office was rude and not helpful. Daughters car towed there after totaled. Went there to get belongings and everything had been removed and NOT by us. I would never recommend this company to anyone! This was unacceptable. They need to be held accountable for this!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their staff will attest that everything is moving along smoothly but the story changes every time I call. This company have been a complete disaster to work with. USAA really needs to reconsider having them as a third party.

Service was ok. I think the lady who helped me was having a bad day. The experience was nothing to brag about. You've got to sign in to the system before you can get service which is a little more complicated than it should be. Out of the past 6 times I've been there 2 of the times the system didn't work properly. I wish they'd go back to the old way of doing it. If it's a COVID thing then I don't see the point of doing it since you're still going inside & having contact with the employees to get your paperwork.

My vehicle was transferred to copart for insurance purposes while there my stereo system was vandalized, over the course of weeks the general manager and branch manager emailed me telling me i need to contact the insurance company to get them to write a letter stating that copart was at fault. That was fine and copart admitted to it. Few days after copart manager tried to go against everything when they admitted fault and i have proof of everything. Hearing about my experience there has been an on going issue with this place for quite awhile please take caution this place does not care about your vehicle and personal belongings.

It was great because not only did they meet our needs but the staff was more than anything I could have imagined! They went above and point to meet our needs! We are going through trying times in our lives and they gave us extra

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy! All they do is give you the run around. None of the employees know what they are doing. No one ever knows what is going on. Worst customer service EVER! Think twice before you do business with them.

My vehicle was transferred to Copart by my insurance company to be held for a inspection, while my car was being held for an insurance adjuster to come out it was picked up by a forklift. My vehicle sustained damages to the front bumper and undercarriage, Copart has stated that the forklift could have only done damages to the bumper and not the undercarriage. I have reached out the the general manager Zachery Atchley he responded to one email and has ignored the rest of my emails regarding this issue. Copart has accepted fault for half of the damages when all damages to my undercarriage have been caused my the NEGLIGENCE of COPART!!

I came here to get what was left out of my totaled vehicle and everything was thrown in my truck bed to be rained on! It was ruined and the manager didn t even bother to speak to me! The guy who did was just the messenger and at first admitted fault saying the normally will put every in a truck in the bed but then bag it, but after speaking to his manager then said it could have been the tow truck driver which is bull. Their only solution was to call my insurance and make a claim! Some of that stuff is irreplaceable, I m so very upset and can t believe they would treat someone s belongings this way especially after already dealing with the fact my truck is totaled. This is unacceptable!

Some of the pervious reviews sum up the hard experience my company had to go through with some of the staff members and the manager, a manager that does not bother stepping out of his office to speak to the owner of our company, we're not asking him to come out and treat us for every day work, we had a special case/issue but he kept communicating with us through other copart employees instead, we purchase hundreds of vehicles from copart a month and sell through them too, this location staff is

26 minute wait just to pay for a vehicle and there s no other customers in the office. The office staff is laterally scraping tape off the counter and said I have to wait in line when there s no other customers here it s hilarious.

This place is basically an auction house and will total out your vehicle just to resell yours and make money off of you! You should be ashamed of yourselves! Beware!

This company is under investigation right now, for having stolen the licence plate off of my totaled car, as well as a very expensive sound system. I don't know how much you can trust them with w/e other services they offer.

My totaled car was taken here by the insurance company. A phone call was great service information to get car papers finished and mailed to them prepaid.Thanks for service
