We were traveling through, my check engine light came on. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful! He noticed we had a couple of missing coolant hose clamps, and helped us get sorted and on the way. We were able to continue our 5 hour trip home, with no hiccups.

I woke up to a dead battery. I got my car jumped off and made it to O Reillys. Zachary checked my battery and my alternator. He put my battery in and was so kind. Highly recommend

This review is not so much about the location but more about Corporate and IT department.Browsing online for a part, found it and the website (store location specific now) gave me a choice of ordering online or picking up in store, info even said "in stock". Get to the store and, by now you've guessed it, it's not in stock.You wasted an hour of my afternoon. You can do better than this.

Purchased a can of Fix a Flat. The clerk said nothing about having to remove part of the stem core, and the instructions said nothing about it. I was unable to use it. Refused to refund my money.HORRIBLE SERVICE PLUS A BAD PRODUCT! STAY AWAY FROM O'REILLY AUTO PARTS!

Waited forever to check out. Only one person ahead of me. The woman that rang me up had no clue about what she was doing. She even admitted that she had no knowledge about vehicles. No training program?

One parts person on counter, was on the phone with customer, waited several minutes, still on phone no other counter people, if a person on the phone needs that much stuff put them on hold
