I am very impressed with this business!!They go above and beyond to get the job done and please their customers! I found them to be very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend their service for repairing lawn equipment!!!

My last two experiences were bad with Holt's. 1st one was starter problem. They replaced the starter but also performed unauthorized work which inflated my bill. The 2nd just occurred in which they electronically debited my account a second time for items I purchased and paid for over a week ago. This transaction caused an overdraft. They did credit my account for the 2nd billing but refused to pay the overdraft charge. I did not even get an apology from the front office. I will no longer use Cub Cadet nor Holt's in the future.
