I had the opportunity to visit Rory and his Team at the Tallassee location and as expected, top notch service. The ownership has done an enviable job of finding young professionals and empowering them to make decisions that set a high bar in the automotive service arena. On the way to Georgia for our granddaughter s birthday party and had a tire malfunction. Our car uses an uncommon size, which normally takes a day or two to arrive, but Gray s was able to get it delivered to this location in a couple of hours and immediately put it on our car. We cannot recommend them enough! Thank you guys so much!

Rory s customer service and communication is outstanding. Very pleased with the outcome of having to get a new motor in my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali. It didn t take the guys long to get me back on the road. Thank you for the smooth and quick service!

The crew at Tallassee Grays are honest and fair. My technician Timothy went above and beyond to make sure my truck was serviced and safe. Rory and his team have really care about their customers and know that some repairs are costly and it can be a shock to hear. But they explain what the implications could be if the issue is not addressed. I would never take my truck anywhere else in the river region.

I m be and am sold on this store. I needed a taillight bulb replaced. They did it free!! Done in 5 min!!! The I ask about a tire rotation. They did it immediately on Friday before New Year s Day at 4:45 Done in I5 min. NO CHARGE!!!!!! Service with a smile!!!I highly recommend Grays in Tallassee!!! Michael Jones

I had the A/C condenser replaced and was in and out in a day so their shop guys are definitely on top of it. One of the most helpful and transparent customer service staff I ve had the pleasure to interact with. Rory and Gloria both do very well and calling you to let you know what s going on. It might be seem corny but I ve never been to a shop where they covered everything up so prevent dirtying the interior so this really stood out. By far most efficient automotive shop in Tallassee.

We have always had a great experience no matter which vehicle they have worked on. It s great to have a place so close to home that does such a great job and a great price, one that is much better than the dealership we had been using out of town. Great folks. Took a tire up there today to get a new valve stem. They fixed it for free. I didn t buy the tire from them. Don t know if anyone else that would do this.

This is by far the best tire shop in Tallassee. They were so helpful and nice. Great customer service and if you need a tire plugged go by and see them they do it for free as long as it s not an extreme job. Thanks Gray s for assisting me on today.

While on vacation visiting family I felt a vibration in my truck while driving. Gray's Tire & Service Center was recommended by family. Without hesitation I dropped my truck off to have it inspected. They took great care of my truck and my pocketbook! Gray's earned this 5 star review.

They are always making sure that my car is taken care of. I will only trust them to do my car repairs! I always recommend them to people that are asking where to get work done. They are honest with pricing and they go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.

My wife was in Alabama driving our 2020 Mini Cooper S model with 18" run flat all season tires. She found a bulge on one tire and a gash in the sidewall of another. I called Gray's Tire and Service in Tallassee, AL for help finding two new, matching tires. I had the pleasure of speaking with Roy at that store and he jumped to the task. Roy not only checked all industry sources but went above and beyond. Roy called three area BMW and Mini dealerships trying to locate two new tires for my wife. Unfortunately, Roy was unable to find the tires but I am convinced that he made a superior effort. I was sincerely impressed with his efforts and truly exemplary customer service. I absolutely recommend Roy and Gray's Tire & Service in Tallassee for world-class customer service! .

I've got to say Rory Moore is FABULOUS. He is on top of thing's. My experience with him on several occasions was awesome. I have been pleased every time. Gray's has my business and I feel it's because of the service I got with Rory.

Very friendly staff. Had a nail in my tire and had went to another auto shop first. Was told it would be 3-4 hours before it was fixed. Went to Gray s in Tallassee and it was fixed in 20 minutes. On top of that I wasn't even charged! Hard to find customer service like this anymore.

Tallassee's Team is one of the best that I have ever met and done business with. Took my car in on a Monday due to lifter noise. They diagnosed the issue which included a teardown, worked with my warranty company and completed all their paperwork, ordered the parts, installed the parts and returned my car back to me Friday of the same week in perfect running condition. I have dealt with Dealerships and other river region notable automotive shops in the past but from now on I will be taking all my vehicles to Gray's. They are helpful, knowledgeable, professional just plain good hardworking people.

I would never ever take my vehicles to any other place but Grays Tires. What an awesome staff and the Manager I think his name is Rory, one of the best people I have ever met. I want to thank you all for taking care of me and my families auto mechanic needs.

Came in with a nail in my tire knowing I d have to replace the tire soon. They repaired/patched the hole from the nail and ordered a tire that day for me. Came in two days later to have the new one put on. Great team and great service as always!

The staff here are a joke they can t tell you who ordered parts for your vehicle and never call you back. Ordered four new tires and only one has a valve stem cover on it. They are so lazy they can t even put the oil change sticker on the windshield I found it laying in my seat. They also stripped the drain plug on our company van and all the oil leaked out and they lost one of the hubcaps??? Completely incompetent and irresponsible staff. If you want to take your vehicle back 5 times for one service and shoddy work this is the place to go

We love grays in Tallassee! We only take my Lexus here because they offer great service, are honest, pricing is fair and I always know they are going to give us the best recommendations and labor. I won t take my car anywhere else!

They replaced my motor in my Optima in a decent time period, price overall sucked but I'm pretty sure it would have been about the same anywhere I went. But with that being said, because of how friendly and helpful each staff member was, I'll definitely be taking my car there for anything it may need in the future. They all have excellent customer service, they welcome you unlike most other tallassee shops where they all act like they are better than the next person. I'm so glad I chose Grays! 10/10 yes I do recommend!!

Went in today without an appointment. My dash was lit up like a Christmas tree. They said a prayer over it and BAM! It was fixed! I was there maybe 15 minutes.
