My husband went Monday June 27 at 11 am to purchase a battery for my car. I waited outside. He brought the battery in with him and was not acknowledged. 1 employee helping a customer in front, 2 in the back talking. He took my battery and walked out. O Reilly's got our business. We have been here a number of times and this has never happened here. UPDATE. We went back several times, great service, helpful employees.

Courteous and helpful staff. Took battery testing machine to my car to check RV battery. Determined the likelihood that the 4 year old battery would be reliable over the long haul was questionable and available options. I chose a new, name brand battery at a very fair price, which they carried out to car for me, and took old battery to the store. I a very positive experience, would highly recommend them!

Needed a new battery and they were very quick to check and install a new one. I was there for probably 15 minutes tops. Only reason I don't give 5 is because when installing my battery the technician didn't brush away battery corrosion which really isn't a big deal if there isn't much on there for to begin with. Of course I wasn't going to tell them how to do their job. They're installing it for free so

Never had a real problem with service in this store until yesterday. One associate was rude and another lied about telling my husband a part ordered for him would be in yesterday. If it just didn't come in on time, say that. Don't lie about what you said. Will be taking our business to the new O'Reilly in town.

I ordered my part that they claimed would arrive in 3-4 days. I was unable to use my car until the part came in. I contacted customer support several times as they were not processing the order and i was in a time crunch. After 6 days of complaining, waiting, and being unable to drive they randomly canceled my order. They had apparently been out of stock but refused to tell me this, instead had me sit and wait being unable to drive. Now I'm buying a new part through a different supplier. Will never order anything from them again.

Yesterday, I took my battery to get checked. The guy that checked it for me was very nice and explained to me that there wasn't anything wrong with the battery, it just needed to be fully charged. So, next day, I took the battery back to Advance Auto, there was a different guy. I let him know that i needed to charge my battery. He went to the back with the battery and within 2 seconds, he says "This battery is no good". I'd never seen him test the battery and he didn't even attempt to charge it. I think he was trying to get me to purchase a new battery from the store. This is not the way to do business. I took the battery across the street to Autozone. They tested the battery, it was good. They also charged the battery!

Always there when I need them... Honestly, I drop off more Amazon returns for UPS than I buy auto parts.

Charlie is always on point and quick if he doesn t know the answer right off. I really like that I can have my mail sent to the store for a later pick up.

Stopped in to have my battery checked. Staff was very helpful. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Best part...battery checked good.

Customer service is horrible and they tell you they order something and you go to pick it up and it's not yet been ordered. They also don't want to help find the parts you need for your vehicle. Will go across the street to Auto Zone from now on.
