Open til 7pm.Had screw in tire.Got it fixed quickly . Good people to deal with.

The mechanic lied about the service that was ask to be preformed and would not do it. This happened at the Oxford store so I went to the Jacksonville store and asked for the same service to be preformed and the work was done on my car I was upset because I had to drive to a different location to have the work done only because they didn't want to do it at the Oxford location and lied about it saying that it couldn't be done.

People were honest about how long it would take and about them being short staffed I appreciate that so I could make a decision as to do it another day thank yall

Do not want to stand behind the warranty on the batteries until you get ugly with them. They always want to charge them up and then check them because they know they will check OK after they charge them

Wish I would've gotten the crews names today, but they did an excellent job in a timely manner and had great attitudes despite me coming in at the last minute in the rain for new tires.

Would give 0 stars if possible, drove an hour to get here to have tires mounted, after being told they could do it same day. Then kept waiting for over a half hour to be told they can't do the tires

Friendly and polite. Worked quickly and efficiently. Good chairs for sitting, just lacked coffee and maybe a TV to watch while we waited.

Talladega Walmart is the best Walmart ever. Their Auto Care center is fast and extremely nice
