Kevin was very thorough and the best mechanic I've ever dealt with! We went to 3 different mechanics, two were in high end shops and didn't know what was wrong with our car. Kevin took the time to diagnose the problem step by step with his expertise. Now we're back running smoothly thank you Kevin! We definitely will be seeing you again with our other vehicle!!

Kevin goes above and beyond expectation, great prices. He makes sure each detail is done correctly and precise. Kevin has worked on our car many times.we have had no issues. Will be returning each time I have a car issue.

Kevin was professional and very upfront with the pricing. The best mechanic I had the pleasure of meeting. He came to our home and worked in the cold with his team to fix our car. He went above and beyond and made sure to confirm the apppointment and give updates quickly of there were any delays!He impressed my family so much we already have working on other cars we own. Kevin is THE MAN. He took our call on a Sunday and went out of his way to help us as we traveled cross-country. From tire repairs to an overheating engine, his knowledge is as impressive as his kindness and positivity. We are so thankful to have met him and benefitted from his incredible skill. I ve used Kevin s services many times he changed my fuel pump(inside the fuel tank)in someone s front yard when my truck broke down. He was there super fast and saved me hundreds of dollars. He s diagnosed and repaired electrical issue I had and also done some suspension work. Called kevin and he promptly got me a quote and got to work. Id been trying for months to get someone to put the damn control arm on my Chevy and finally he got the job done in an afternoon in the parking lot where my truck was stuck. Price was great all things considered. I was a little skeptical at first but now Im sold and would highly recommend him to everyone. Its not easy to compete with big corporate autoshops so please support this local business and your local community.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Hi, My name is Misty and I made the mistake of trusting Kevin Ward, towork on my vehicle. I spoke with him and he quoted me a price of $769.00 to fix the issues with my car. Along, with the quote he gave me ,it was supposed to only take 7 hrs to complete the job.It ended up taking him a week and a half to finish. I completely understand that sometimes it does take a bit longer and i understand that. But the job ended up costing me $1135.00 , I also had to pay for a part he could not cover that was an additional $300. Once I got the car back .I drove it for 4 days and it was pouring oil worse that it was before .When i contacted Mr. Ward about this he cursed me several times . So, my advice to everyone beware of this man because he is very dishonest and very rude. I am going to the BBB to file a claim also.Service: General repairs & maintenance
