Just left the store I stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes and no one bothered to check me out I was the only one in the store at the time need to get someone that wants to work that has respect for others I just walked out and said the hell with it left everything on the counter

The Talladega store is the best. Not only is it such a friendly environment, They have hard workers like Judd and Ricky Daniel that go out of their way to help you find what you need and actually make you feel like you're taken care of. 10 out of 10 would recommend

My wife and I were in this store to buy a headlight restoration kit and the employees were having a very unprofessional conversation in front of us. I understand that things are important to discuss but there is a time to do it and a time to act like a professional. Very disappointed.

This is an awesome store!The battery on my car died this morning and the manager sent someone to jump me off. I, in turn bought a jump-start from them. Service has always been tops in that store!

Went out for lunch and my car wouldn't start auto zone was nice enough to send someone out to replace my battery where I work so I wouldn't be stranded not only did he get there quick but he had the old one out and in the vehicle in 15 mins then when my car still wouldnt start because my key fob battery wouldnt work he made the calls and ran me up to be able to purchase a key fob battery so my car would start he was so polite and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him...now that is great service!! thanks so much Jeter for being so kind so this girl could get home!!

The people at AutoZone are always helpful. Today I took my wife's car by with a check engine light on. They came out immediately and ran the diagnostic which indicated that it was a bad gas cap. We replaced the cap and I was gone in less than 15 minutes.I'll definitely go back whenever the need arises.

Customers and staff were very friendly, the young lady behind the counter was very lovely, if AutoZone needs a fresh face for advertising, or anybody for that matter maybe in Atlanta or Marietta.....somebody should post a picture hope she's a Proverbs 31
