Went there to get two tires put on all the other techs looked great in fact they rolled out vehicles before mine but my tech Zach was on his phone talking to his friend a non-employee and generally taking his sweet time milking the clock I suppose. I have literally changed out tires faster on the road side. And didn't even rotate my tires though I specifically asked but I was too tired of dealing with them. If you must buy your tires from here but have them put on somewhere else

They make u get tire protection plan but when it s time to rotate tires you re treated like a non priority. Been sitting here 2 hrs they pull my car and it sits. Lady pulls up just before I get pulled in and she s getting 4 tires and half way through service and my car is just sitting there still. I m sorry the few dollars you think you re saving ain t worth.

Worst ever! Ordered my tires from Walmart and scheduled and installation appointment from 11-12. I am here on time and checked in, car pulled into shop. Walk back in the shop at 12:05 to check progress and they haven't even started. Said "I'm sorry about that, we had other cars." Note: these were not scheduled appointments. I was the only scheduled appointment today. Not happy and will not ever use Walmart again for tire service.Service: Auto tire replacement

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! NO STARS WAITED 3 HOURS PUT ANOTHER CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF MY VEHICLE! The manager didn't come out and speak with me or anything! I only wanted 2 tires put on and a headlight changed! I had to come across town to pay an additional $100 just to get the job done! Walmart sylacauga! You gotta do better! Time is money! I lost 3 hours at work, I'm a nurse who works 1 hour away, and for 3 hours I got nothing!!!

A few months ago, we got the tires replaced on my boyfriend's Nissan Titan. Bought the brand new ones, paid to have then put on, etc. Well, a few weeks later, one of the weights they put on to balance them came off and we had to have it fixed. Fast forward a couple months, another weight falls off a different tire. I could understand a one time thing, but twice? On different tires. What the hell. Its ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend coming here to get your tires replaced and balanced. Go somewhere else that does better work.

Well I been trying to get my tires balance and rotated and every time I come there s nobody available to support and u been to their automotive center a total of 4 times and I see why they have all the tires available you will need because the staff is never available to help and the first time I went there I had to wait 46 minutes just for someone that come and see what I needed I will never go there again and I ll rather walk to China before I go there again

I had my oil changed here in October and they didn t have the right size oil plug for my car so they just put in another one. When they did so, they caused damage to the threading of the plug, and now I m having to replace the entire oil pan. All over what should ve been a simple oil change.

Very professional. They changed 0il rotated tires and balance them less than an hour. Very happy with the smooth ride!

Needed a tire patched on a rainy day and they were super helpful and kind! Shelby helped us out and did a great job!

First time here was in February 2017 it was not the best trip to start the year.Im back to get my lifetime balance and rotation,and my visit went as smooth as a Wal-Mart Supercenter needs to be.#Bout Damn Time..
