Reservations were made online for a truck to move within the same week. The website allows you to reserve it, even says it's available. When you get there you find out that they in fact don't have anything available. I was told they could reserve me one 25mi. away but I would still have to pay for mileage when the move was a "in town" move. That would have been much more expensive. They need to upgrade the system.

Clean vehicles, but way too picky about the condition of the interior and exterior of their vehicles both when they are being rented and when they are being returned. Rental fees are more expensive than their national chain competitors.

This place is awesome! When I was in a wreck and totaled my car, they were able to provide me with a car the very next day. The staff is very understanding and friendly and the car was practically new.

Superior customer service! Friendly, affordable, available every time we have needed a vehicle on short (or no) notice. Easy to extend just by calling if you get in a pinch. Highly recommend!

Jessica was really helpful & answered all my questions. The car was almost brand new and got me out of a bind when my car was in the shop. I would definitely recommend them when you need a reliable vehicle.

This company is awful to do business with. The office manger name Chris is very rude very unprofessional they went back 3 weeks and unauthorized charges on my credit card and when I brought it to his attention he said rude and nasty things to me .To save yourself some time and troubles please don't do business with this company please.
