I had such a great experience at Toyota of Sylacauga. I drive 4 hours because over the phone, I could tell Floyd had my best interest in mind. Floyd Robinson is the guy. He will figure out a way to get you in your new car and he will offer top notch customer service through the entire process. I would recommend this dealership and Floyd to anyone that is in the market for a new vehicle. Again, thank you to the whole team there, they made me feel right at home! It is worth the drive, I promise!

Sylacauga Toyota does a good job in the service department. The young lady who assisted me is the best! Reviewing the service technicians findings and approving them over text couldn t be easier. Not a bad value to get genuine Toyota factory service. Granted a lot of those recommendations are not essential and many are overpriced. However if you re are discerning and selective about getting the essential service items Sylacauga Toyota is top notch! You just can t over value genuine Toyota service

Thank you so much CJ for helping us find a new truck! You made us feel very welcome the moment we got to the parking lot. Also, made the whole process easy when it came down to picking a truck that was more fitting for my dad out of many options to choose from. I would highly recommend CJ for your car needs. I was in the market for a truck and was lucky enough to run across a Ford F150 on the website here at Toyota of Sylacauga. Called up to the dealership and reached Austin, the lead sales agent. My experience buying was Grade A+ with the team at Toyota of Sylacauga. Great sales team, finance team, and service team. I ve bought many cars/trucks in my lifetime. So far this process was by far the smoothes and most enjoyable! It s real, local, home town feel when you walk in.

First time I ve visited this location. Immediately got help from Tony and he helped me get the car I wanted. Great people and I didn t once feel pressured into making a decision I didn t want.*Edit* A bit frustrated that I wasn t told there was a known issue with the wireless phone charger considering that was one of the selling points of me getting the car. Apparently it isn t fixable until Toyota themselves come up with a fix. Just wish I had known that I wasn t going to be able to use this one of the main features of the car.

Jeremy was our sales man . He was very friendly and gave us plenty of space to decide and help us make our decision. . And we could not ask for a better place Toyota of Sylacauga! Salesman Parker was very professional and dedicated to giving his best to make purchasing a car a very great experience. The Sales Manager Moe Joe was a delight to work with. He did a superb job working with Parker. Joe Moe was extremely nice to work with. Great Sales Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I would highly recommend your company and to make sure they deal with these 2 people Joe Moe and Parker.

Toyota of Sylacauga has been wonderful to work with. I reached out to them for a warranty issue, and they were able to get me scheduled in quickly. The service advisor, while new(er) { Mars }, did a wonderful job helping me and she escalating the issue where needed, to Andre.Andre set the expectation of communication and followed through. That s super refreshing to hear, I ll call you on ____ day. , and the. actually hearing from him.Well done Toyota of Sylacauga! You ve earned my business, and more importantly, I ll recommend others to bring their vehicles and car shopping needs your way.

I took my vehicle for routine oil change and tire rotation. My only complain is timing. When I called for an appt I was told to bring my car at 1:30. I had other plans so asked if I could drop it off earlier and was told yes. I took my car around 9:30 and left it. By 10:30 I was being called to say it was ready for pickup. Had I know they were taking it early I would have waited for it to be serviced. Instead I had someone drop me off only to take me back.

I leased a Camry from Hoover Toyota and needed to have it serviced. I reached out to Toyota of Sylacauga to see if I could come there to save myself some drive time. They welcomed me as though I had leased from their dealership and their service department was extremely friendly and fast. They have earned my business for my next lease for sure!!!! Definitely recommend!

Service was performed timely, without any issues. Staff was very friendly and no errors were made. I requested a list of services with pricing and the prices were more than reasonable and more in line with what I would expect the pricing to be. I would absolutely recommend this dealer for servicing your Toyota!

The service was the absolute Best!! I worked with Robert and his level of service was something you don t find anymore. He kept me in the loop while my vehicle was in for repairs, called me to discuss ordering parts, and exceeded my expectations on the time needed to do the repairs. The absolute best thing was that he treated me like family. I will always take my Toyota here for service and you should too.

Been mis-led on three separate occasions by pushy sales reps. Only to fall for their tricks and get me in the door just to be flat out denied when I was told they'd do everything they could to help us out. I do not recommend this place.

Last week I purchased a 2023 Camry from Toyota of Sylacauga and I was pleasantly surprised with the experience. Typically, car shopping for me has been about as enjoyable as having a root canal, but Jeremy went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel comfortable and he really listened to our needs without pressuring us to make a decision. Ron was also very helpful with all the closing paperwork. I will gladly recommend them and Toyotas of Sylacauga to family and friends!

Very kind personnel. Extremely attentive to their customers. If you have a specific length of term you want, be careful they will extend that and not tell you to get to the payment you need. I found out when I was signing the papers. All in all, a good experience with really good people.

Wonderful pleasant experience. Very nice customer service Tara was so helpful and so sweet. Brian was my technician and was down to the smallest detail of the battery in my key fob I was very impressed!! On Jan 31st my car was in for maintenance. At 16,000 miles I needed windshield wiper blades critical and air filter key fob battery that was replaced 2 weeks ago. I declined of course except the filter when truly it was not critical. But for the tire rotation I would think they would check tire pressure only 2 tires out of 4 matched 37/37/38/40 I was there nice intake and exit.

Took it up there for an oil change they checked the floor mat and done their inspection but not the oil change then argued with me about it. Took it back up there to get the oil changed and they released the tire pressure on one of my tires. And I had my infant daughter with me so if I would have had a car wreck that would have been on them. And we know that they release the tire pressure on it because they done the inspection and there's no holes in the tire. we will be going somewhere else from now on.

Showed up with no appointment, they knocked out my service, a recall and a factory defect (loose bolt in door panel that vibrated with music) in record time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I will be returning!
