This was the absolute best experience I ve ever had in buying a new vehicle! They treat you like a person, not a number, my salesman, Jeff Adams went above and beyond my expectations, great man with the most knowledge of any sales person I ve dealt with!! This was a no pressure, no nonsense dealership, I will definitely be buying all of my cars and trucks from them from now on!! And the general manager Don Wood, was also a pleasure to work with! Thanks guys I truly appreciate it!

My review is regarding the mobile tech service, specifically Hunter Parrett. My 2016 Explorer had a liftgate issue for almost 2 weeks. I had done everything you could imagine to repair it myself. Having had issues with the local Ford place previously, I was very weary of dealerships. I was able tonexplain this to Shelby and she sent Hunter to my rescue. There are not enough words to thank them. In about 35 mins he resolved the issue on site at my house. It ended up being a very simple fix, but one that a dishonest person could have seriously taken advantage of. If you find yourself in need of an honest, knowledgeable service tech please give them a call.

Great professional courteous service at competitive prices. Service personnel were very friendly and respectful to my needs. Parts department even helped to locate an aftermarket part that had been discontinued by Ford. I really appreciate their service.

JB, Mr. Wood, and the finance department went the extra mile to make sure that my experience was seamless. They took time away from their families to make sure that I was taken care of. Yesterday was an amazing day! I went to Tony Serra Ford, Inc. in Sylacauga looking for a used SUV. Mr. Johnny Bruce (JB) was with us every step of the way. He helped find the perfect vehicle for me in my budget, and was so attentive throughout the entire process. I traded in my vehicle, and he was so kind to remove the tag for me AND gave me a bag to clean out my stuff from my old car. I got a great value for my trade. He walked us over to the finance office and we went through the paperwork. We even left with a full tank of gas. Thank you so much to Mr. JB and the rest of the Tony Serra Ford team for making a big decision that can be scary such a smooth process.

SERRA Ford did a great job servicing my F150. Service was done in a timely manner.Edit: Bought a 2018 F250 to replace my F150. Buying experience was great !! Eddie and Don took great care of me during the entire process. They knew what I wanted to do and made it happen. This is my wife and I 6th vehicle we have purchased from them in the last few years. When you get treated right it makes you want to go back when the times comes. Thanks Eddie and Don !!!

If I could rate zero stars I would. Customer service was rude. I was interested in a truck they had in up for sale and it seemed like they could careless about making the sale. I wouldn't recommend there dealer ship to anyone.

Was very pleased with the support. Got me right in and out in about 35 minutes. Scheduled online which was simple. Service rate for an oil change I felt was very completitive.

Purchased a new Mustang GT through Tony Serra Ford and had an overall excellent experience. Gunner was my first contact at the dealership and even though it was minutes before close he made sure I had all the time I needed to look over and test drive the vehicle. The following morning I had made my decision to purchase. Gunner and Colton worked together from here to make the process as smooth as possible while Chad got me the best financing options possible. When I was through with all the signing portion Colton had all of my phone apps setup and ready to go while Gunner was making sure the vehicle looked absolutely pristine. I cant recommend this group enough and will definitely be back when I decide to purchase another Ford vehicle.

I was very pleased with my experienced at Tony Serra Ford in Sylacauga.Our salesman, Gunner was very knowledgeable about the Mustang I was interested in purchasing as well as the whole line of Ford vehicles. Gunner has great communications skills and was so friendly and eager to make our experience at Serra Ford the best we could have. Gunner and his sales manager, Chad worked well together to make the sale of the vehicle work for both seller and buyer. Thank you Chad for your extra efforts :)The young lady that worked in the finance department was very organized and had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. We were done in less than 10 minutes. I paid in full, so that made it faster too.With the shortage of new vehicles these days, I was thrilled that Tony Serra Ford had exactly what I was looking for :)Thanks guys

Took my mother's Ford there for an oil change because I had another appt. in the area. Was told we needed PCV gaskets and another set of gaskets replaced because oil was getting into engine. Couldn't stay for a price and the call with an estimate never came. Took it to a mechanic in Talladega to repair. There was nothing wrong with the gaskets. The mechanic in Talladega cleaned up the oil and after three weeks there is still no sign of oil blowing onto engine. Would not recommend this service provider to middle aged female.

I called after having trouble finding a dealer in my area that could see my truck quickly for an oil leak. Tony Serra answered phone quickly, listened to my issue and got my truck in that afternoon. Only took 2 days to repair and the entire process I was communicated with multiple times and vehicle pickup was super easy and convenient. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional.
