Been a member about 3 years. The monthly plans save you money with the unlimited washes. The Manager is a great asset for the company! He goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. They've always treated me with respect, can't say that for everybody.

10/10 recommend this wash! I have the mental capacity to understand that it is an express wash so I do not go in with expectations that my car will be perfectly clean when it comes out. If you have those expectations, you need to wash your vehicle at home. I am a member and take my car through as many times as I want for a fraction of the price!

I had an awesome experience at this car wash My man Jordan took care of me and my truck. I was impressed how the track pushed my truck out the whole car wash and dried my truck fully.Loved the free drying towels and interior cleaning materials I highly recommend!

Customer service and employee attitude is unmatched. Have issues with equipment from time to time (i.e. Mat cleaner not functioning properly, tire shine gunks pools and splatters) otherwise, best car wash in the area. The fairly recent addition of the free to use multi detail kiosks are also great and forward thinking options for customers, as well as the different vacuum nozzle options to get in those tough interior spaces. Admittedly have tried Tidal Wave to see which was honestly better as they are virtually in thee same location, and I came straight back to Take 5. Apart from the equipment issues, I'd have given 5 STARS. Call it 4.5 STARS for customer service and friendliness alone.

First time to get a monthly membership at Take 5. So easy ! Mr Jordan was so polite and helpful. I highly recommend Take 5 in Sylacauga, AL. I can also go to Goo Goo Car wash. All unlimited with the top pic of choice plans.

Best car wash in town. If you need any help, ask for Jordan. He will go above and beyond for you. Highly recommend.

I was very disappointed with my car after the wash. My tires were as nasty and my car just did not look good. $30 for a month and it doesn't even clean or shine your tires. I don't know why I paid for a monthly subscription. I definitely want to find out how to cancel. I am sorry I don't like to leave bad reviews but this was bad.

I love this car wash! It always gets the grime off my car and everything needed to clean the car inside and out is in easy-to-find stations. The folks that work, there are always professional and friendly.

Jordan was awesome! He helped show me out to maintain my rims and was super helpful with showing me what sprays to use on the in & outside of my vehicle. Car is sparkling clean

Jordan the GM is awesome. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure my car was cleaned to my satisfaction. This was a great experience with Take 5 today. Highly recommend going by to see Jordan!

Stopped by here on a whim going out of town and was very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the facility! In particular, Melissa was exceptionally helpful in determining exactly what wash was best for me.

Probably the best automated car wash in Sylacauga, even with newer ones in the area now. Their credit card machine is cursed, but the attendant is always good to go to help process it.

Amazing staff and wonderful customer service! Since they ve changed everything s been wonderful! New vacuums and updates to the company have drastically improved this location!
