DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!! This place is a total joke! The customer service is the awful! The owner is absolute liar! Their mechanics are a joke! We purchased a brand new tracker side by side, it started having issues and we took it back to get it worked on when we got it back there were so many parts missing and they tried to blame it on us, then they claimed to have purchased the missing parts and fixed the issues, we picked up and two weeks later the same issue arose so, we took it back again, 2 months later after numerous phone calls to them and all we got was, we re working on it, and we ll call you back as soon as possible. Never received a phone call, we always called them. They claimed to have fixed it just to our surprise when we got there, the front end was out of line, tires were bowed out, half the tread was gone,(like someone took it home and drove the hell out of it), parts were still missing (that they said they ordered) but no, instead they tried to say that it was our fault once again. They tried to come up with every excuse of why it was our fault, when the machine had been in their care for weeks!!! Instead of having a conversation and genuinely trying to solve the problem and figure out the best for the customer, they were trying to blame us, once again, so we left it and another 3 months pass of us calling and calling, we show up to get it and it wasn t fixed we dropped it off in February and it s now august, the problem hasn t been fixed, the mechanics don t know what s going on, and our warranty ended in July. This place is awful!!!!! I have never in my life dealt with such a disrespectful, manipulative, and condescending so called dealership like this place! DO NOT GO HERE!!! This place is a fraud!!!

I was in a bind, trying to get from Birmingham to Eufaula for my son s fishing tournament. I showed up needing a repair to a wheel on my trailer that day or I wasn t going to make it and my son wouldn t have gotten to fish. They immediately took my boat back to the shop, made the repairs in short time and got me back on the road to the tournament. Great folks!

Purchased a 2023 20 ft Sun Tracker pontoon. They damaged it at boat show, promised to fix all damage, handshake and we owe included in sales contract. Be advised both hand shake and we owe were worthless and a LIE. Finally got the parts to fix sent to me, after 3 months of the runaround. I fixed it myself. They also removed the lower unit to take to the show and now I have drive issues, avoid this place at all costs!!!

I share this after my year-long warranty has expired for a new boat. I was happy with both my 2020 trade-in price and Tracker Pro 195 TXW purchase price. That's when the trouble started with the Service Department. The Service Manager, as well as rest of staff, are "nice" people. But, the overall service department was absolutely dismal. Mistake, after after mistake right from the start included almost stranding me on the lake for my initial run due to faulty wiring of my motor. But, it didn't stop there. Wrong transducer installation and wrong input on how to correct; corrective "actions" with parts left on boat after told items were resolved; a number of other items that should have been corrected before purchase but were not. It was so bad, that I was offered a free one-year motor maintenance. I wouldn't trust these people to unscrew a bolt, much less perform maintenance. There is not one person I have talked with that hasn't shaken their head in disgust knowing I purchased a boat from here. You might get a great price, but the angst of knowing the borderline incompetence of the service department is not worth it.

I was looking for a 2022 Sun Tracker Fishing Barge. After talking with Zach Brooks, I was so impressed with him I drove from Montgomery to buy my boat. He was very professional and always took time to help me out every step of the way. We love the boat!

If I could post zero stars then I would. We bought a used boat took it out on the water and it didn t run right. Of course the salesman said it ran fine when they had it. They did offer to fix it but they have had the boat for 2 and a half weeks ands it s been problem after problem. Every time we called they would say that they would call back but we never heard from them. Terrible customer service!

Had a great experience. I have not had any occasion to test their claims of standing buy the boats they sell (a good thing itself), but my sense is that they mean it. I was referred there by someone who sings their praises and I can see why. I saw their employees taking pictures of blemishes on used boats to send to potential buyers to make sure that they knew the actual condition of the boat before driving over. That's my kind of people.

This place is by far the best boat dealership I ve been too. I called ever dealership in the state and these were the only people who would work with me. Zach is a awesome guy and will do everything for you to get you in a boat. Customer service is very nice and knowledgeable as well. Will recommend to anyone I know that is looking for a boat. Thanks guys.

I bought a Z18 bass boat from them in 2016. I bought a Tracker 800sx from them in 2019. They are easy to deal with and setup with some great credit unions with excellent rates. They also have a great service shop. They recently done some warranty work on my Track 800sx. Good work in a reasonable amount of time. Great dealer!

This is definitely the place to go to when looking for a great boat, I set up an appointment and was met with a high gentleman named Zachary. He is very knowledgeable and made the process easy without any pressure to buy. I would highly suggest that if you are in the market to come in and have a sit down consultation with this phenomenal young man.

Bought a used boat from them an was told they had replaced the lower unit an was told the new one had a 5 year warranty well little over a year later I have lower unit problems an I call to see about my warranty an come to find out it only had a 1 year warranty so they got me on that. Have had problems with the boat since first day I got it had to take it back the first day having it cause it would not plane off.

Feb. 2020 I found a boat at Sylacauga Marine that interested me. I am located in central Georgia. Clearly I wanted to ask my questions, negotiate and become very comfortable before I made the drive to Sylacauga. Boat Buyers, the salesman, Zack and the owner Lee could not have been more reasonable and responsive. I felt at ease hoping in my pickup and heading out to Sylacauga. Should the occasion ever arise again I will not hesitate one moment before calling Zack. He and Sylacauga Marine get my five stars and then some.

We boat a 2009 Tahoe Boat from them in February. They stored it until this weekend and we went and picked it up. They said everything worked great they had ran it for 45 minutes and summarized it and that everything was ready to go and put straight in the water. So my husband and I took it straight and put it in the water and the trim didn't work so we called they did give us the two solenoids to replace them with but that wasn't the only problem after the mechanic replaced them the trim motor wasn't working also. So we paid $331 to get that fixed the machanic said that the trim had been completely underwater and was corroded and there was no way that the boat had been ran for 45 minutes. We are beyond pissed that they would let us leave with a boat that did not work. We will not be doing business here again!!!! I will be calling to speak with someone about this issue but I'm sure they will do nothing about it and respond like they did when we called about the solenoids and said they the machanic was giving us the run around!!!!

Great experience at Sylacauga Marine. From the beginning the entire staff went above and beyond to help in anyway. They are friendly, knowledgeable and great people to do business with. Highly recommend if in the market for a boat.

My wife and I went up there this past Saturday to check on an atv. The guy that normally does the financing was off that day so they had someone else filling in. He came up and asked if he could help us. I told him that I was wanting to speak to him about financing a new Polaris 500. He said "Do you have good credit?" I replied that it was ok but wasnt great. He immediately said "Well, your not leaving with a 4 wheeler then". I told him that I had a cosigner with great credit that was more than willing to sign with me. He said "Well, where is he?" I said that I could get him there shortly that all it would take is a phone call. He replied with "Well, even if he were to be here now I wouldnt do it b/c we close at 1 and I wouldnt be able to get it done by then". He also told me that there was no way that I could be the primary on the loan and that my cosigner would have to be without even running my credit.. It was 11:30 when we finally left irritated. I dont guess they can do a credit check in an hr and a half. He was extremely rude and acted like he didnt want our business. Afterwards I spoke with one of my friends and they treated him the same way. His was on Saturday also with the same fellow that was filling in for the normal guy.We then left and went up to Bama Power Sports in Oxford. We found one that we liked, got approved, and got the paperwork finished within an hour without a cosigner. They were extremely nice there. I live right up the road from Sylacauga Marine and would liked to have done business with them but after the way they treated us and how good the people at Bama Power Sports were I think Bama will get all of our business from now on.

They have top of the line boats, and they have amazing service and get our boat fixed in a week so we can pick it up on a Friday and go prefish at a lake or go and fish a tournament on Saturday.

Looking for a 2015 Tracker Pro Team 175 TF. I received a call from Rob one of the owners out of 3 brothers. He explained the 2 3/4 sales tax and explained the boat tag in AL.vs trailer tags in other states. He also explained buying a boat out of state, like in TN. You may not paying the TN state tax, however when you go to get your tag the state of AL will get their cut. Rob was very helpful and a no pressure salesman. I will definitly buy my next boat from him.

Called about a part for our boat and omg was the guy rude. He wouldn't even let me finish talking he cut me off and hung up. Somebody needs their job evaluated. Idc if a owner or not you have crappy customer service! !!!!

These people are great they went out of their way to help me out on buying a boat where Cabela's and Bass Pro couldn't even help me out these people did it on my new tracker by I was able to pay for it over the phone come all the way down the Alabama they had everything ready at 8 in the morning if you need to buy a new boat or an ATV these are the people to buy it from Great customer service great people to deal with even though I live in South Carolina which is a 6 hour drive for me but well worth it for the customer service

After buying a new boat from Airport Marine and was TOTALLY DECEIVED about standard features and optional features I called Lee and Rob at Sylacauga Marine and they were great i traded with them if you want honesty and customer service take my word for it go see Lee and Rob and by the way stay away from Airport Marine or you will be deceived

Watch out for changing up on agreed price, bait and switch. and when you call them out on it expect to get a very nasty attitude. Don't hold your breath on your delivery date.
