The service here is unparalleled! In our quest for my first car, my mother and I visited many different dealers all around Sylacauga. Conversing with sales representatives and test driving cars. We were always left with questions, but not with Gunner! Gunner was all you could want in a saleman. Knowledgeable and friendly, Gunner was right alongside you through the whole process, staying late to make sure you got what you wanted. Gunner was a wonderful salesman who knew his stuff. If you ever consider buying from them, ask for Gunner!

Gunner was awesome and very helpful! Got me into the car I wanted and out the door in a quick and timely manner! He was very knowledgeable about all of the features and even got me to try them all out when I test drove the vehicle. 10/10 recommend Serra Nissan of Sylacauga and definitely ask for Gunner Hertenstein if you re looking for the perfect ride!

I had an amazing experience at this establishment! After seeing an ad online I contacted one of the salesmen about checking out a vehicle they just put on the lot. He responded almost immediately and we set a date to check out the car! Long story short I made an amazing purchase with the help of Gunner! He was a pleasure to work with and was sure to help me make a stress free purchase and leave satisfied. 10/10 Would Recommend! Ask for Gunner!

This was a second time great experience from purchasing a car from Serra Nissan. I would especially like to give Mr. Eddie Jones a special thank you. He greeted me from the time I pulled up in the parking lot and kept me informed through my whole car purchase. He made the process feel easy as possible. If you go to Serra you better ask for Mr. Eddie Jones. You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful finally got financing! Gunner was wonderful great communication, made financing happen when I thought it was not possible! After a year long search and driving four hours from Florida, I am in the most beautiful car and extremely happy Gunner and the entire team at Nissan are wonderful I m very appreciative!

Had the pleasure of working with Gunner Hertenstein. Who did a great job selling me my 2017 F150, sent me a video of the vehicle before hand since I was coming from Atlanta. I must say he took the personal approach and made sure everything needed was taken care of, all the way up to cleaning the vehicle when I picked it up.He s a very young man, but very capable and I believe he ll have a bright future ahead of him, keep up the good work Gunner.Doug
