We have bought 2 cars from this dealership. We have dealt with Eddie. The first experience was great and the second vehicle was also great. We had some trouble with the battery and alternator but they helped us out. I will definitely be buying from Serra Honda again. Very good customer service and friendly. Great cars.

So I decided it was time to buy a new car something I haven t done in a very long time. I did my research online and decided on an Accord Hybrid EX-L, red or blue (not white, black or gray ). Happened to find exactly what I was looking for in stock at Serra Honda in Sylacauga. I prearranged my financing, made an appointment for a test-drive, and met salesman Eddie Jones at the dealership. Eddie was very responsive via email, text, and phone, and did an awesome job of walking me through the basic functionality of the 2024 Accord Hybrid. After just a couple of hours, I drove out of the dealership with my new car no hassles, no pressure, and the total cost was in the right ballpark. Eddie is good people he answered my questions patiently and thoroughly, encouraged me to contact him if needed after the sale, and generally just took care of me. I highly recommend Serra Honda of Sylacauga, and Eddie Jones in particular. Thanks for a very professional car-buying experience.

Bryan Lambert was extremely helpful outside in the parking lot and he was very professional and he was very informative, answering our questions and letting us test drive the vehicle we were interested in. Inside he was running back and forth negotiating until we were satisfied. We left with a new hybrid CRV,and a guy that made us feel like we were part of his family. Went to get my car serviced today and Jessica was the one who made sure my car was taken care of. Everything was done in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had at the time. My car buying experience was a smooth process. I went in, told them what I wanted, and they made it happen! Josh, the salesman, wasn t pushy or didn t use any pressure tactics. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. The manager Floyd, was also super nice with superb customer service. Even the service manager, Shelby is great! All around great business!!
