After telling the car salesman multiple times that I was only interested in one particular vehicle, he tells me that I could come by that afternoon to view and test drive it. I get there and the car is unavailable to be looked at. The salesman proceeds to tell me that it will be in service for a week or longer and again ask me if there is anything else I'd like to look at. I wasted an hour of my time and had my one year old with me during all of this. So, it was very inconvenient

This is the worst and most corrupt Honda car dealership. I worked with a Sales person called Eddie. I was working with him on drive-out price and we agreed on drive-out price. Before driving three hours, my husband noticed that the sale price did not include taxes. When he contacted the agent, the agent lied saying "I told your wife that sales tax was not charged in the negotiated price". They also charged $500 four days later when that money should never have charged. Pure cheaters. Stay away from these guys!

They have been great and helped us get a vehicle.7/27/21When we got ready to go pick up the vehicle on Monday they called and said they needed 3 months of bank statements. Nothing had been mentioned about this on Saturday. We had signed all the paperwork and had to let me clean the vehicle and check it out as they said it had come in their lot on Friday. We wondered if there had been a better offer or they were told they couldn't sell it at the price they told us. Our credit needs work at best but they knew that when we walked in. I had spoken to several people there and explained our situation. Also, as I said, we had signed all the paperwork presented. I'm not sure what happened, but we got our check back and went home empty-handed.

Staff is personable and professional. Have great waiting area, serve chilled bottle water, coffee, several flavorings and teas you can steep. Kick back and watch tv. Relaxed, no pressure atmosphere. The staff is awesome!

This place doesn't want to help people. They want you to leave reviews that are good to make you think you are getting a deal on the car. Worst people are upper management because they shut you down in a second even if you have cash to pay for the car right then.

The techs in the back are very fast and professional. Especially the female mechanic. Would recommend this place to all my friends because of how nice and helpful they were at figuring out the problem to my car.

Thankful they are close for service. But, each time that have had to go in for service there is always some issue. I feel kinda bad for them.Would not recommend because more than likely your not going to get the service you need.

They have been a wonderful experience for. We purchase a new Versa in 2011. We have had some airbag recalls that they have very helpful with, even to the point on this last one to loan us a new 2017 Versa for a three month period. They have always been courteous. Phillip, who oversees maintenance is one of a kind. He has a great personality and adds a personal touch. Look forward to doing business with in the future.

If you're looking for a new or used cars, Serra tends to have a very good selection and a nice variety of American and Japanese and other used cars. Within a quarter mile of each other Serra has a Nissan, Honda and a Ford dealership within walking distance. I purchased a van a few years ago from them and have been completely satisfied. They offered me ideal I could not refuse!

Not impressed. Got a recall letter from Ford and called them to schedule repairs. Was told they would have to check and see if they had the parts for my particular year. That was over 3 weeks ago and no response since.
