I e stopped here a few times and this store has the most helpful staff. I thought I needed a new battery and they checked mine and we figured out the issue and I got all this for free. When I do need a battery I will definitely get it from them, or anything else -small repair/maintenance. They are busy but there s a reason. Great folks and store!

The gentleman at the counter with the long blondish hair was so helpful! I came here on a rainy night with a car I was test driving to see if I should buy.... this young man came out and looked at the check engine light and gave me valuable information about the vehicle that helped me not make a serious mistake! Looked online for a car cover for my new car. The cover that I wanted that would fit my car, was in stock, so it said.I called the store ahead of time before stopping in juat to double check to make sure that it was in stock..The associate on the phone looked it up to make sure and he told me " Yes, it is in the store, in stock".So...on my way home, I took a little detour to go and buy my car cover that I desperately needed only to find that the car cover in stock, was a "returned" car cover shoved back in a box, the box was bulging out with the cover sticking out and the box taped shut. Not to mention the box was also old and faded.Needless to say, I did not purchase said cover and drove over to Advance Auto and purchased a new one.

Can you guys please get Austin some good help? Almost 20 minutes to buy some coolant. The other worker, came out, and saw there was a line then went back to the back to hide.

Nobody even helped me I have a cast to the knee, so walking is difficult. Plus they didnt have the item I wanted. Should've left my items, because i went to auto zone & found the car vac i was looking for, PLUS ALL THE CAR CLEANERS WERE CHEAPER...ALL EMPLOYEES VERY HELPFUL & KIND...OFFERED TO EVEN CARRY VAC TO MY CAR...HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!..

I came here to get to colors of paint one of the colors I was not sure I was going to get but I definitely told the lady behind the counter that I wanted a particular color for shore 25 minutes after I told her that I wanted that particular color she still had not mixed it Instead she said there had a conversation in the paint mixing booth the entire time wasting customer's time therefore I left without purchasing the paint that I needed The service is why people are starting purchase directly online the store manager knows nothing about customer service I high recommend going to another store might get better service and no excuses

Car battery went out while I was a few blocks down the road and I was left stranded, I walk all the way to get a new battery and explain my situation to one of the employees, he was above and beyond to help, lowering the price to get me a battery when I was low financially and even willing to go with me to my vehicle, this one star is only for the manager of this place where when this employee had the tools ready told him that whether I m stuck or not shouldn t be any concern and not to help me further and left me with an inoperable vehicle with no way to install a new battery

My car battery died on me at Sonic due to my sons DVD player. When Alan couldn t get it to jump off he helped me purchase a new battery but also installed it to!Terrific service and unexpected help when I needed it!

Very professional and kind unlike AutoZone. There part's are usually less inexpensive than other parts stores as well. Went in the Sylacauga store to return a part Wednesday, 12/28/16. Manager at first was very helpful then became irritating after 20 minutes of not able to work the computer, then I became annoyed because a company put in a new computer system and did not train it's employee. Manager was rude and combative. Won't go here again.

I want to thank Kyle and all the guys at the store i had battery problem Kyle came out to my job and jumped it off for me. i then went to store to buy battery they installed it for me .The nicest guys you will meet .Great customer service .
