I m not sure why I received the poor service that I did, so maybe they can respond under this honest and truthful review. I came into the shop on a Tuesday requesting to have a potentially minor issue with the battery looked into and resolved, I was prompted to make an appointment and return on the upcoming Thursday at 8 am. These mechanics had my car from open to close, and all they managed to do was tell me what I already knew (my left headlight was out, but I wrote that on my intake form) and put my ac on low so they wouldn t get hot while they did absolutely nothing to it lol. They didn t get a chance to run a diagnostic test, so when I picked my car up they had nothing to tell me, WHICH WAS THE ENTIRE POINT OF ME BRINGING THEM MY CAR. They were definitely a disappointment, hopefully no one else has this experience.

My 300C was running hot and losing coolant. They got my car in right away and Brian and David spotted the leak in my radiator quickly. Advance Auto had the parts in stock, and they installed a new radiator and thermostat and flushed and refilled the coolant and got it back to me the same day. Thanks so much.

They did an awesome job on my Jeep and fit me into a very busy schedule because I had an upcoming trip. The price was fair, they were all very easy to work with, and they did good and clean work!

VERY, VERY, VERY happy with the service and professionalism of this business!!! Fixed my convertible top and saved me several thousand dollars on someone rose who misdiagnosed it to begin with. Will definitely go back. Honest mechanics, fair prices, and overall good integrity. Hard to find in today s society, but they certainly are honorable at this mechanic shop! You WON T be disappointed if you bring your vehicle to this shop!! A++++++

I recommend anybody go to magic auto repair they did a wonderful job on my equinox my car run smoothly reasonable price thank y all I was stress free I had appointments that Thursday they was done with my car that Friday I was very pleased and satisfied

They put a wheel bearing on my 2500 dodge and completely forgot to bolt my caliper on so the next day it destroys the inside of my wheel.. I have lived in Sylacauga for over three years and having several older vehicles, I have used Brian Childers and Magic Auro Reoair on numerous occasions. I could not be more happy with their competence and his trustworthiness, the two main characteristics I look for in am auto repair shop.

Got a four wheel alignment for $75. The office staff are very friendly and courteous. They were crowded but service was great!!

Had problems with my 07 Mustang GT. It would act like is was not getting gas and like my gas had trash in it. He fixed the problem and it didn't cost me very much money. Yes I will use them in the future and will tell everyone that needs his services about him.

I have used brian for years and have never had a problem he has not fixed. Very disappointed in the service I had my windows tinted there and when i took my truck there my truck was in great shape there was no tears or anything in my seats and when I picked up my vehicle the seat had been cut some how so they told me to take to there upholstery place and I did take where they wanted me to but the upholstery ordered my material i picked out but when i picked it up from the upholstery place she told my husband and me she had used different material that she found some she already had needless to say you can tell the difference in color and it was vinyl and not leather very disappointed in service i went back to magic auto and they looked at my truck and said it looks good it does not look good you can see the difference

After two attempts at taking my truck to a dealership and then a competitor repair shop here in town, my truck sat in my driveway. I took it to Magic's on a Tuesday morning and by noon my truck was repaired properly at a fair price. I am now a fan and will continue to use Magic's.

This is the place to go for car repairs. Brian is amazing and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced and quick service. Turn around time is fast and you know the job was well done.

Change engine light came on my truck I didn't know what to do I was recommended to magic auto repair they didn't have but one person working so no one was going to be able to wait on me right away but later a person came in and right away they tell me what my problem was and what I need to do and asked if I could leave my car I had no way of getting back home so I was going to try to bring it back but I mechanic came in and said if I could get the part he would fix it right away and they did I got them the part they fixed it in 15 minutes a while I was there the receptionist was absolutely wonderful the customer service the speed in the accuracy of this shop is amazing
