Dalton was amazing! He answered all of my questions and treated me with nothing but respect. Great group of people at this location, you can t beat their customer service! I will be back and will definitely recommend my family to see them for all their auto needs.

Had a wonderful experience at express oil change! Dalton and BJ did a great job making me feel comfortable while I got my oil changed. Quick and reliable service. All the employees have a great attitude! Especially TJ :)

Went in for an oil change and was informed of a major oil leak I was unaware of. Very friendly and absolutely no pressure. Dalton was extremely informative and unbiased in giving information. Definitely recommend this location.

I feel like everyone here really explained stuff in a easily understandable way for someone like myself who knows nothing about vehicles. The employees were very nice and I have not complaints. Price was better than everywhere I called in town and I feel like I got quality service.

Went to a different location today for convenience and of course the guys were great per usual. Ft. Williams location in Sylacauga, TJ, Alex, and Dalton were great. They were training TJ and he did amazing!

Visited this Express Oil Change on Black Friday and received excellent, top-knotch service from Sarah and the crew. Probably the smoothest and best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed. Great job! Will be returning!

Great service today! My tire pressure was low and they fixed a problem with my valve stem and they were so professional and very nice. I would recommend them for all your car needs.

I usually have great experiences here and the guys mostly know who I am when I come through. Unfortunately, a hood tech this time around made my experience pretty negative. After seemingly getting upset that I wouldn't pay $32 for a $8 air filter, she immediately turned to the other tech with an attitude and said "he isn't doing it"(the other tech was great, no problems with him at all).Then she asked me to "leave a 5 star review on google". Then, I went to use my windshield washer fluid yesterday and they didn't even put any in it, it's completely out. I hate to leave negative reviews, but she definitely did not make me feel welcome, even though I've been a repeat customer for years.

Danny was super helpful. I needed a headlight bulb popped in and he did it with ease. Free of charge too since I brought my own bulb! Very cool.
