Lazy cashiers never want to check you out. Always encouraging self-check out mean while cashier stood there eating a dinner size portion of food from a plate. That looked like it came from home. I also stated it's not my preference & was told they didn't have a register to check me out. Do they not get a lunch break? Only in Sylacauga. Not spending my money with them anymore. Service sucks!

When they were building this store I thought " Great, just what Sylacauga needs, another convenience store"! However, we did need this one. After using this store all the others seem to be lacking now. The employees are always friendly & the store is clean and open. Plenty of spaces to refuel and the store is full of goodies you don't need but really want. It is easy to get off & onto 280. It really is a great convenience store!

Lovely experience anytime except in the morning when the store manager is there. She(khia) is a rude piece of work. You can tell the workers don't like her. Sad!

Store manager was rude yelling at me from the other end of the store telling me I was using the self checkout wrong .cashier not wanting to check you out they expect you to use self checkout. really rude .store manager just standing watching the line get long with 2 self checkouts and one cashier just standing andwatching

I was told this morning that I had to use self check. I can't see to use them machines because I'm legally blind. The Young lady checked me out at register with bad attitude and said next I have to use it. This circle k is always out of something everyday and got some weird music blasting always. Mixed with bad attitude workers . I will not he doing business with them again.

Not convinced they re short staffed anymore whereas the employees hired may just not be competent - rude attitudes, and consistently 1 register open, while the lines wrapped around the store. Only thing accomplished by sitting in line for 20 mins is the nice view the public gets of 4-6 employees standing around, twiddling their thumbs, while half of the county is running late to work. I came here everyday, numerously, for months, and now I avoid Circle K like it s the plague.

Got some fresh ground coffee, that hit the spot. In fact I got it for free with my circle rewards. I only wish you could count on them to have hotdogs, nothing better than a circle k hotdog and polar pop Pepsi with some good chips.

This store has installed the self checkout register. There was a family of 4 at the self checkout and 2 customers behind them I walk up to the cashiers register to buy a pack of smokes and get a receipt for gas that I had pumped. The cashier walks away and tells me as she is walking away to use the self checkout. Don't go to this convenience store.

Cashier/bama fan actively talking trash to Auburn fans who had stopped in after the game. This wasn t just poor customer service. This was actively taunting the customers. I travel 280 alot and I will never stop here again. Management, any response?

Horrible service line all the way past the cookie case store manager sitting down acting rude and instead of coming from behind the counter and helping people with self checkout shelves aren't stocked dishes in the sink standing in soapy water big no no in the health business I tell them 20 on gas and puts more then that and then the Celsius drinks are advertised buy one get one free the employees also have bad attitudes as well... then when I'm leaving the store the manager puts her head down on the desk and says she is tired

In bad need of help. Not enough cash registers open. Most of the time they can't get the breakfast out on time. And watch the people running the cash register . I caught one trying to get me to pay for their monster drink. She already had it rang up on the register when I got there. The drink was on the counter behind her. When I said something about it. She rolled her eyes and deleted it from the register. Never said a word. But most cashiers are nice and hard working. But know they are short handed. Usually only 1 out of 3 registers open.

You have to use self check out inside store. It was ridiculous and the line was long and cashier didn't want to open register till it circled the store.

Excellent convenience store, BIG selection of groceries and prepared delicious deli food.The restrooms are super clean and the employees are friendly, polite and have excellent customer service manners.Thanks circle k.

I was surprised that there was a Circle K past the turn to Downtown Sylacauga, Al. I really enjoyed the clean, stocked, and variety of items for sale. Employees were friendly and helpful! It was a FIRST for me to see and shop @ a larger Circle K. I make it a habit to stop by there and get Gas and Coffee.

Great place to stop in and fill up with good clean gas. Store just opened recently, so that means clean gas tanks in the ground. With friendly folks and great shopping for snacks and other items. The manager there is awesome, as well as the other folks.

Can I give no stars. I live 1 minute from the store so I m in there a lot. Every time I go in it s the same ole same ole , about 3 -4 workers in there but only same white girl the only one working register. Jasmine is super rude and lazy. One time I made a spill and told her about it to get mop and she rolled her eyes and gave me a stare like I should clean it up . Today the line was wrapped around coolers down to drink station while Jasmine was in office doing manger dudies I was told .

Love our new Circle K. It's my go to for gas & fountain drinks. Lots of drink choices & pellet ice, which is hard to find.

Truck Parking Spaces way too narrow!!! One foot or less between trailers. Store is nice and clean and great variety Fix your parking

Provides needed short hoses with sprayer in large truck area to rinse off. Needs a separate area( even a sign for truckers) for truckers to quickly retrieve fuel receipts.
