Best tire shop anywhere in this area everybody I know uses this place and they know how to get the job done right the first time. Absolutely nothing negative to say. I'll never trust any other shop to do any tire work on any of my vehicles.

I came here on a Sunday when my vehicle suddenly started shaking at higher speeds and smelled like burning rubber. Once I pulled in, the mechanic immediately pulled the car back and let me know that one of the calipers had gone bad. He was able to fix it on the spot for a very reasonable price and I was in and out within around 30 minutes total. Best experience I ve ever had at an auto mechanic, it never is that quick and easy!

I selected a decent looking used tire upon arrival, the pricing was fair and service expedient. BUT, it was dark and the loose tire was placed into my vehicle without me seeing it. When I arrived home I noticed they had mounted a different tire with a nail already in its sidewall. I returned to select a different tire, but 3 tires presented to me were all tires that should have been recycled. I was then told that I was wasting their time so I requested a full refund and went to sweat tire and purchased a new tire.

Called about 2 tires 22 275 40 showed up only needed one they showed me a great looking tire then I went to pay and they asked me how much did they tell me it would cost I said 80 and I only need one so little did I know they switched out the good tire for a older beat up tire. I will make sure no one I know shop with them ever

Great tire shop for new and used tires. You can typically be in and out in under 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

I've always heard that, when it comes to automotive service, you can have it fast, right, or cheap but never all three. This place pulled it off. I will be getting all of my tires here from now on.

Let me just say! Arrived at 8:03 and left at 8:12. Such great service! Humble people. . Told them what all I had. Can t go over but really needed a tire. And gave a tip. Never had such good service. The only place I have been in 3 years and now I m positive that I will never go anywhere else. 5 stars are not enough to justify them. Just AMAZING PEOPLE AND SERVICE!!

Damage rim while installing a used tire I did not ask for, then laughed when I was upset. Because I got upset he mounted a tire on my rim he told me he did not want my business. I been going there for years, I never will again. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Update: after purchasing another tire, I decided against returning here even though it's quite a bit closer than where I chose to have it mounted. I also asked them to balance the tires that should've been balanced at Gulf Coast Tires but had not been done correctly.So for mount and balance of 1 tire and balance of 2 additional tires, I was charged $45. Gulf Coast Tires charged me $45 to mount and balance 1 tire so my business now goes to the locally owned tire shop in Foley off hwy 59Up until recently, I've never had a problem getting tires here. About a month ago, I purchased a new tire from them. Left and immediately knew the tire hadn't been balanced correctly, but had to get to work so I decided to come back. Monday morning came and I went back and explained to the owner (?) that the tire was out of balance and could they please balance it. He told me it was balanced and it was because my other tires needed replacing and also because I had bought a USED tire. I told him I paid for a NEW tire and he changed his story. He did agree to balance the tire though. This time the tire had been correctly balanced. On this visit yesterday, I purchased a new tire from somewhere else, and went to have them mount and balance it. This is worse than the first time and I don't even want to take it for them to fix the problem because the guy is so defensive and argumentative but I paid $45 for something that took them a total of 5 minutes and they didn't even do it correctly.This was my experience, I'm sure others have had good service, but I'm not going to give my money to a business that has a hard time standing behind their own work and talks to customers with such disrespect.

They bend rims. Yeah I got a good deal on tires but now my wheels are bent. Tried to pass it off as if they were bent before the change but then also admitted other customers have came back with similar issues. Don't recommend. Sad.

I needed two tires for my travel trailer. Pulled into their lot without reservations, told them what I needed, and was immediately given a very reasonable quote. Within 20 minutes, the new tires were mounted, pressurized, and torqued. I paid my bill and was on my way. Overall time; 25 minutes. These friendly and efficient people are in the tire business and well worth a visit.

Bought 4 tires and out of balance went back and dirt was removed from the wheels. Still out of balance. Will take it to fausacks to have balanced. After spending $750.00 for brake job and 4 tires and balance. The brake job a slap pads on $190.00 no rotating rotors. The balance job was never done. Just wiped off dirt on wheels. The original weights were leton wheels. I hate that I had to have a second opinion and spend an additional $90 to have a correct balance job done. If you go here you have to watch the work being done and you might have to take your vehicle to another tire place to have them inspect the work.

Great place, everyone there is super nice and respectful. Reasonably price for new and used tires. They get you in and out quickly. I will continue to use them and refer everyone I know to them a great place overall.

We bought four new tires for our vehicle in December 2022 . Had to replace two tires in Feb.2023 because I was told it was our fault due to alignment. Had the vehicle aligned and purchased two more tires. It is now June 2023 and we had to replace all four tires. The owner said there was something wrong with our car so we took it to be checked. Guess what, nothing wrong. We want our money back and found out, they do not keep receipts. But, we do. If this is not taken care of we will be contacting the BBB.

They were friendly both times I were there. However, after I got my tires replaced, I had decided to do my rims at home, and when I had tried to loosen my lug nuts, I realized they had been cross threaded and had to have 4 replaced because they had broken off. No one at this place, informed me of the issue that had happened. They had to of known that the issue occurred.

Left the glides/hardware off my brakes. My Brake pads are going clicking clack. Took it back to them the guy started making up all kinds of irrational excuses one behind the other. I showed him both set of guides were missing. He says it doesn t come with guides. Before that he said it s my tire rods. Anything to get me out the way.Sold me mid grade then I catch him in a lie saying they are low grade pads with no clips. Anybody worth their salt knows that you have to have hardware on brake pads.The little two foot owner back the rotten tooth liars. They do not stand behind their work and will lie to get out of fixing a FU.

Liars claim there used tires have atleast 70% tread left, when its more like 30%. Also have purchased new tires from here they do not last. The only perk about this place is there fast and that is simply bcuz they DO NOT CARE!

I work really close to here and had a flat tire one day! Pulled in to get it patched paid for a flat repair but they seen that it wasn't fixable! So instead of charging me for the repair and a new tire like most would do, they only charged me 20 more dollars for a brand new tire knowing i was having a hard time! Service was quick and great attitudes all around! I will definitely be back if i need any other tire work!

I had a blow out in my truck.i found them by mistake and thank God I did.great place .great helpful people and I felt that I was treated like a friend . good service and reasonably priced tires.

Always quick and so helpful!! I never hesitate when I need a tire. The staff is always polite and quick to get me back on the road. If they don't have what you need they know how to get it! Oh and the pricing is always fair. I own 5 vehicles and I've tried others but no one has been as quick or as helpful as gulf coast tire.

Great place, whether you re getting a new set or used. Never had an issue. I ve been getting tires from them ever since I moved to this area about 6 years ago. Walk-in tell them what I need and in a short time I m done.

These guys are my favorite! I have been here several times in the last year and they always do an incredible job for a great price! And to top it off they are SO fast! I ve never had to drop of my vehicle because the get you right in and right out! I definitely recommend them for all your tire needs!!
