Broadhead equipment will definitely take care of you from start to finish! We made an excellent tractor purchase, and we have rented equipment on 3 different occasions! The people there treat you like family, and continues to even after the initial sale is made. Whether you buy a mower, a piece of heavy machinery, or just rent a machine for next job/project, their initial and continued customer service is second to none!!! Will definitely make my next purchase, and rent all my needed equipment there as well!! Oh, and they deliver as well!

Broadhead Equipment is a nice, friendly, family owned place that can help you with whatever you need from weed trimmers to compact tractors to heavy equipment. I went up there and talked to Alex Broadhead when I needed some hydraulic hoses made for my old tractor and they were happy to help. It s nice to get help from a local place that offers such a wide range of services.

Just purchased my first tractor. Messaged on Wednesday for a price, got back to me within a few minutes. I filled out the finance paperwork on Wednesday night and I had my tractor delivered by Thursday afternoon. Easiest purchase I have ever made. Jack was great to work with and one of the owners actually made the delivery. Would definitely recommend and will definitely do business with them again.

These guys are great. I kinda ran Jack through the ringer on a tractor purchase and finally signed papers today. His product knowledge and attitude is amazing. He is truly a professional and his demeanor is fantastic. Will take delivery this Tuesday. They are a first class group.

I spent over a week calling equipment dealers in the Indiana and Kentucky area. I was told by multiple young unprofessional salesman who encouraged me to call around for a better deal. Well, needless to say I found it at Broadhead Equipment and had a deal with Jack 5 minutes into our telephone conversation. I was treated with respect when I arrived to their facility and was greeted by their staff who seemed to be excited to have an out of state customer. The drive was well worth it and now we have a tractor to help us on our little slice of heaven. Thank you Broadhead for your hospitality, savings, and helping me out.

I recently purchased a Kioti tractor package from Broadhead and the whole process was very easy and smooth as can be. From the first time I spoke with Jack on the phone he was very helpful and knowledgeable and I made a trip to check them out and purchased the same day! They added a few accessories after the fact no problem and then delivered it to my property no issues. Will hopefully be doing more business with these guys in the future!

If you are in the market to buy a tractor and want great customer service and wonderful responsiveness then call up Mr. Jack Tidwell at Broadhead Equipment. Jack gave me the breakdowns and the ins and outs multiple ways to help make decisions on buying a new tractor. He also gave me options and was nothing but friendly.

Bought a kioti tractor from Broadhead Equipment. After going around to the other big name dealers, I never felt like any of the dealerships had my best interest at heart until I got in touch with Alex. Everywhere else, felt like buy it or don t, I don t care . Alex has gone above and beyond my expectations. I must say I am a satisfied customer. Even 2 years later.

Did not buy any product myself but was present through my son's entire process. They as a company when above and beyond. The salesman Jack was awesome. He walked my son through all options available but was not trying to sell him more than he needed. He asked questions and answered directly. Jack only advised him on what he thought he need no more no less. Very comfortable experience and would highly recommend based on my observations.

I just baught a kioti tractor from these guys yesterday and their customer service is phenomenal. They did everything to make sure I had the best deal for the tractor I wanted. They were informative, honest and were very patient answering the list of questions I had. I would highly recommend going to these guys if you need a piece of equipment.

Amazingly great company to deal with. Old-school values, family business that treats customers like family too. Love the Kioti tractor inventory. Very experienced service department technicians, a couple with more than 35 years tractor engine and equipment experience. They answered all my questions. I was in the market for a compact utility tractor and got it narrowed down to a Kioti CK4010SE. My local dealer informed me that that model was on backorder, so I expanded my search. JES Equipment Solutions hadn't in stock and offered a great price for delivery from Alabama to Northwest Indiana where I am located.Let me be clear! This was the greatest purchase experience of my life! Jordan and the entire team at JES were just plain awesome in getting this done for me and doing so very efficiently! I can't begin to thank them enough!So, if you're in the market for equipment, do yourself a big favor and call them first. You won't be sorry!
