Great customer service. Always gets my parts on time, employees are friendly and helpful, and management keeps the store efficient and friendly. I ve done business there since they opened and always have a good experience. I m glad to have such a great parts store close to our home and business. Highly recommend!!!

I called about a 6-Spline Small Diameter Socket, 41/64" Inner Dia. I called to make sure they had the item before I actually drove down there. I was told that they had this specific socket, and the price. When I got down there not only did they not have the right socket, but they didn't actually know what I was talking about. I ended up getting the correct answer, and a location to go to from a mechanic that was standing in line.

Checked online for a set of spark plugs showed in stock less than $5 a piece they were for my sister's car so she went to pick them up. They said they didn't have the $5 in stock and sold her some for $12 each. I took them went right back to the store and said I need spark plugs for etc. and showed them the part number on their site and they brought them to me. Then I said give me a refund on these my sister just bought .

Had the tool I needed an the glue but nobody could help me find the one I need if you go in there know exactly what you want an what kind an size because they don't know sorry to say that but I had to call someone to help me figure out what kind I needed an worst part is I had to call another parts place they didn't have what I needed but he talked me though what it looked like am what kind I needed

Stopped at O'Reillys down the street for help with a stuck broken bulb. They wouldn't even try to help. Went in here and two kind women helped pull the broken bulb right out. They didn't make a single dollar off of us but I will go them first for everything now.

Well I do most of all my automotive needs with advance auto parts for starters the employees are always helpful and go beyond to help you and as well make you feel welcomed and valued and it's been that way at every location I have ever visited and almost every time the parts are always at a better price and usually has what you need in stock. I recommend Advance auto to anyone for all their vehicle needs. I have had them as my main go to store for almost 20yr and truthfully I really never have left welcome more and appreciated than Advance auto parts. Thanks

Had great service, they showed me different battery options for my car and also checked my battery and confirmed that it was loosing power. Best part of all, their services was free except for the battery of course. For sure will be going back in the future.

I came in a few days ago looking for a part for my Mazda, and a guy at the counter I think his name was Josh helped me. I could not remember the name of the part I needed and couldn t get my husband on the phone to tell me, but the guy helped me figure out the correct part just by me describing the issue my car was having! He was very knowledgeable and helpful, and very nice and understanding even though I was taking up a lot of time trying to contact my husband and didn t know what I needed! Thanks to his help I was able to find the part I needed with no stress... I will definitely be returning to this store if I ever need anything else for my vehicle!

I called ahead about a part and was.told they had 1 left in stock for 24.99. I drove 15 miles and they had no trouble locating the 1 left in stocks but tried to charge 45 plus tax. Nope.The same.part.was.listed on their website for 17.99. Highway robbery. I wonder if I had sent a.man into the store.would they have kept the price as quoted? I even provided.the name of the employee who quoted.mw the price.and he just leaned further into thw.catelog he was reviewing.

Another good place and good people. They are not up to par completely on Mini Cooper's but when I needed a battery for my Cooper S , Advance Auto " had the one that I needed, if you own a Mini Cooper you already know that it takes a special kind of battery. So Thank you Advance Auto for having what I need

Seems to be harder and harder to get replacement parts for a vehicle repair these days. And any chance of the counter personnel giving a hint toward an installation shortcut is out of the question. But if U can use a PC, at least the system is quick to offer discounts, providing U order online. So I suppose that is something. Lord, I miss the days of yesteryear.

Great service super friendly. As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door buy a friendly worker. And helped the whole time I was there. I had just left O'Really down the street was there for 25 mins not a single soul approached or acknowledged me. That is okay though. I will continue shopping at Advance for all of my auto parts needs.

Advanced has always been helpful for me. They even have perk points so you can save money. For every 30 you spend you get five dollars in perk points towards next purchase. If you spend a hundred you will receive 20 in perk points.

Went in to change a headlight on my car. They were very polite, helpful ,and even let me use their tools. My headlight was different from my other cars of the past, so one of the guys on from the counter came and politely showed me how to do it. Thanks guys

Truck wasn't running right. Felt like pulling teeth trying to get someone to hook it up & tell me what computer says. Then told me wrong on where to put the part. Went to O'Reilly's the next day, the part was 20 dollars cheaper. No problems with them looking at it.

Your average run of the mill Box type auto parts store you should have a general knowledge to a good knowledge of the product that you need for the repair that you need in the items you will need to make the repair the counter personnel did not know how to go or what did not have the ability to go from the computer program to thee catalog book to look up items that should have been easily enough on before common yoke Chevrolet products Feedly true old fashioned in mechanics tiled counter help I would Suggest Napa

Very helpful employees I was searching for apart that a few other stores could not help me with and immediately the gentleman behind the counter started to search and found the part that I needed within minutes. I would definitely refer fellow Shoppers and friends to visit this particular Advance Auto Parts store

Be ready to go back employees are unable to get parts right on the first trip.And upon return (wes) acted like it was my fault they sold me the wrong parts.
