The absolute best friendliness service and low prices.....quick and efficient....I wish Huntsville had a Ford dealership with those qualities. Same day service. Highly recommended. Give Brian a shout out....he will tell you like it is and take care if you. They value their customers.

I had a great experience at West Alabama. It s a true home town dealership. I drove all the way from Birmingham to get my new F-450. I feel like family now. I not only picked up my new truck, I made some new friends. A++++ and 5 Stars!

Hayes, the owner of West Alabama Ford, is one of the hardest working people we have met. He spent hours finding exactly what we were looking for. The communication is excellent and frequent. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give WAF a shot. You will be pleased with the service!

Great service knowledgeable parts department.2011 intercooler turbo hose. Cheaper than the parts houseFor all Ford owners check with the dealer for your parts as the last several repairs I have got a better deal than any of the parts houses

This is the worst dealership I have been too and I've been to a lot of them you can't trade with them if they have a lot of rebates on their vechiles you want get them I know I trade for a ford truck every where else had 11,000 & 14,000 dollar rebates all they had was 5,000 dollars so I don't recommend this dealership to anyone at all
