Yesterday during after work hours my vehicle became disabled. Taylor automotive was dispatched to give me a tow. I didn t catch the gentleman s name that came, but he arrived within 15 minutes and was so patient. He was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend their towing services and would gladly use them again in the future if needed.Service: Car towing

On Thursday, March 7th, 2024 around 4pm CST. I called AAA of Alabama to request towing. My vehicle was at a complete stop on the soft shoulder of the business I-65 South. This is when I was introduced to the sweetest Dispatcher named Mz. Bridgett and she informed me; she would send assistance right away and she did. She was kind enough to inform my family of my location, because my cellphone was down to 5%. She sent their Driver Mr. John; who arrived in less than 20 minutes to the rescue. You can't tell me that there aren't angels still in the world. Many blessings to these "Angles of Mercy" and always be beautiful.Rev. E. Macehalle Watts

Today I was in a t-bone car wreck 3 hours from my home. Dazed and confused fumbling through my Geico app a couple of buttons sent Taylor my way they got me and my family and the family dog home safely and in a timely manner both Mr. Taylor and his drivers were professional and courteous. We can t thank you enough.

I would like to give a shout out to Ron Summerlin! My daughter car was disabled yesterday going back to Tuskegee University and he towed it from Montgomery to Birmingham! What a great guy and he was very professional!! Thanks again Taylor Automotive!

One of our guys locked the keys in a truck just before time to go home. Waited to this morning, called AAA who dispatched Taylor Automotive. This guy was so nice and polite. You just don t see that level of customer service anymore. Thanks for instilling character into your employees.

Nate is the best! We were forced to pull over due to a flat tire in this lovely community. Nate happened to see from a distance that we were having difficulties. He stopped to help and did a great job plugging the tire. What a nice guy! We really appreciate you!Service: TiresService: Tires

Our car tire got damaged on the interstate. We were waiting on the side of the road and a technician from Taylor Automotive stopped to see if we needed help before we actually called for a tow. Super helpful and friendly!

After Taylor s was highly recommended I opted to have my car towed in for a fuel pump replacement. Steve and his team were amazing! Less than a 24hr turn around, and everything is running smoothly.I will recommend them to everyone I know going forward, and have officially found my mechanic shop.Thanks!!!

My car wouldn t start one day so I called to have it towed to a shop. Trent came and took the time to check out what was going on with the car and check all the simple solutions before towing. He was able to diagnose the issue and fixed it on the spot. I ll be using this company in the future and it s good to know there s still quality people who know their craft out there.

I called AAA for a tow, and Bryan was assigned the job. He was at my location in 10 minutes and quickly fixed my car. He was professional and friendly. I appreciate this level of service.

We were traveling in a state where we don t know anyone or anything about our surroundings. My family and I were in a semi dangerous situation with a blown tire on I-65 and stuck in the narrow center median. AAA misidentified our location our tow driver was sent to the wrong location. This added to the amount of time we were stuck in the center median of a divided highway but Nathan from Taylor Automotive & Towing, who was sent to service our vehicle was amazing! He called when he realized AAA s mistake. He was so helpful and made us feel comfortable, safe and getting us back on the road. He used his truck to protect out car and himself as he changed our tire.

So the driver came 3hrs late. When arrived I understand they couldn t tow my car because of the car was missing a tire. But the fact that when I arrived home my car door was left wide open. I don t even recommend this place one star.

Towing. Chris carefully loaded my 2006 DTS Cadillac to be taken to The Garage for whatever repairs are needed. He was very professional & treated my elderly car with respect. .!Definitely rated 5 stars!

Kris Caudills review is inaccurate. I was never that guy's fiance. I am happily with the man he's referring to, and they do great work. Very professional, and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.

A family owned business that still practices old school customer service. Always pleasant and makes you feel appreciated. They mount balance and rotate tires on all my vehicles. Also like the fact they don't punish you for buying tires off the internet, if you have the tire and wheels they will mount them. Prices are very competitive as well. Thanks for the great service.

sent mentally challenged fiance of 4 years here to get an oil change on her mother's car. guy offers to give it for free in exchange for favors or a personal nature(relations). she doesn't know any better and agrees. very unprofessional. would not recommend. I dunno who this crazy *itch is down below we've never met. Must be on something.

I stopped in to have one of my tires repaired. They found the leak and plugged it with ease. The customer service was outstanding. Give them a call for all your tire or automotive needs.

This place is a step back in time as far as service goes. They always go above and beyond. Prices can't be beat, service is one of the best and the staff is always so friendly and kind. Love hanging here to get my vehicles worked on from tires to mechanical. They do a lot more than just tires. A+

Nick came to help me with my car that was stuck on the second floor of a parking deck. No other towing company agreed to tow my car because of its location. Nick not only helped me safely transporting my car to a mechanic but he pushed the non-operating car all the way down to the first floor. He was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend their service to anyone!!!

Excellent prices on tires, and fair prices on all repairs..... They can fix anything from an oil change to transmission and engine replacements. If you don't need any repairs today, they do lift kits, and other customization. Family owned, all around awesome people and place.
