Usually pretty fast and very convenient. You can have an oil change while doing your grocery shopping!

I bought two tires, one to replace the spare on the car, and another that was needed. Everyone was very nice and polite, took care of me right away. When it was done, I DISCOVERED, they never told me before completing the work and charging me, they were unable to get the spare off the car because the lug nuts were damaged. They simply left it and put the new mounted tire in the trunk with no regard to anything they put the tire and wheel on top of. Then I discovered on the bill that I "declined" new valves, that never happened, it was never mentioned. They charged for two tire disposals after I told them I wanted one of the old tires back. No one said anything, I had to find these things out. Their answer was, "you can go inside and get a refund." So, I did. For two dollars and a conversation with the manager. I would not recommend them only because they are unprofessional. They never explained anything, charged for things they did not provide, they never apologized, they were very blas� about all of it. Now I have to go again, somewhere else, and pay them to remove my spare and put on the new tire. Pretty sad. Not exactly great service.

Came in for a flat tire, not only did they fix the tire but the car wouldn't start after that, so we had 4 ppl trying everything they could to help us get our vehicle started so we wouldn't be stranded and finally after no luck one of them even offered us a ride home. Very nice professionals! We are very grateful and appreciative for everything they did for us!!!

recently my car started making a weird noise so I took it to the dealership I originally got it from to ensure everything was fine. informed the dealership that I had been coming to my local Walmart for oil changes and tire replacements. they told me the oil had never been cleaned, not once was the oil filter or cabin air filter changed and that the tires desperately needed to be rotated and one tire needed to have more air than the others. and when I would get an oil change the receipt or report said all the air was equal and there was no need for a rotation. every time I got an oil change, it would take close to 2 hours and I was paying for the oil filter replacement but not receiving it. and on top of this my car was getting the wrong oil; hence the weird noise the car was making. very unsatisfied for the amount of money I have spent here.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I called ahead of time to ask if they could put tubes and tires on 2 lawn rims. I was told yes but if the tube popped they wouldn't be responsible. Totally fine and understandable. I arrive later and the same lady I spoke to on the phone said she had to go talk to the techs, I followed her so I could let them know the sizes of the tires etc. Come to find out they didn't even know how to tube anything and didn't do it anyways. All of this could have been addressed over the phone, such a wasted trip and poor customer service.

They were very quick & helpful with my tire issue. Work area was very clean, staff was respectful, & they were very informative with the information I needed to have.

I had to wait 3 hours back in April to get one tire changed. Yesterday I had to wait 2 hours to get one tire changed and tires rotated and balanced. The folks were all very nice and friendly and helpful. Just to slow for me.

100% will come here every time I need anything especially tires. The Associates are always fantastic and polite and help you any ways they can! Definitely recommend coming here over any other Walmart near where I live. 5 star rating across the board for these awesome people!

I worked at the Tire and Lube Express in Leeds and Trussville 20 years ago.Even back then it was "Walmart quality", but we at least pretended to help people.I only stop here when I don't have other options, and it's still worse than I could imagine.They lie about ordering tires, it takes multiple people to change oil on a single car... in an hour, ten minutes to even have someone ask what you need, dude just grinded the gears on my car cause he didn't know how to drive an manual, only two employees (again, experience days they're doing less than one)...

We were far from home when the check engine light came on. The manager and staff could not have been more supportive. Bought a code reader and resolved the issue. They helped resolve a potentially serious problem. Highly recommended.Service: Auto engine diagnosticService: Auto engine diagnostic

The service sucks you're tired people do not even know what the balance. Is on a tire they don't know how to read the tire to see what air pressure goes in it and I also have no clue of the date stamp in it that are very inexperienced and have no knowledge of tires whatsoever they should not be doing that job

The tires i could have gotten anywhere but decided to use my local wal mart and service was more than horrible. Was told it would be a hour wait, ended up being over 3 hours while i watched 2 people work away and 3 more including 2 mangers talk and not help out and also left his people hanging by leaving

We were looking for a specific size battery. The lady said they were out, but she called back a few minutes later saying she did find some that had just come in. Now, that's customer service.

The worst ever. Wasting time. Took care of other customers who came after me. One technician slammed my door, the other basically told me I should go elsewhere. Believe me, I will from now on.

Well I tried to have my oil changed they had a car getting the oil changed and a car getting a tire they said two and a half hours horrible horrible service

Super slow! It took almost an hour for 1 tire to be put on. Ive worked at a tle and shouldve only took 20 minutes tops.

Not great had oil changed was gonna have the tires rotated but they wouldn't because they said the tires were bald problem is they have 15,000 more miles left on them or more
