I have dealt with Kenny s auto repair twice and both times I was charged for work that wasn t authorized to be done. The first time I brought my wife s 2016 Buick enclave in as the transmission was acting up. I had already received one quote on it for a new transmission and asked that Kenny take a look and see what he thought. He told me over the phone that it sounded like it needed to be rebuilt and I asked if he would just look at it and give me a diagnoses. He proceeded to pull the transmission and rebuild it without calling me or my wife and when I called to check on it he stated that he had already rebuilt the transmission and was putting it back in. 3-4 days later is when I picked the car up. I was charged $5.080.00 for a rebuilt transmission when the other quote I had received was $6,000.00 for a brand new transmission. If I would ve known I would ve opted for the new transmission and spent the little extra. The second occasion was for a tire pressure sensor replacement, which I had the sensor. Again without asking or telling they installed their sensor as they said that our sensor couldn t be read by their program tool and it wasn t even picking up on the factory sensors on the car. Funny how the $9.00 program tool I had purchased on Amazon read all of them but the one I was wanting to get replaced as it was bad. After installing their sensor the tool somehow managed to read all the sensors then. An original $50.00 quote to change the sensor turned into a $110.00 ticket. I will never go back to Kenny s as there is very poor communication on what they are doing to the vehicle and how much it will cost. This is very poor business management in my opinion. I would ve given zero stars but that wasn t an option I had to give at least one

Kenny and his son are amazing. I was stranded 5 hours from home and 5 hours from my destination on a Friday. They opened at 8 am and even though they were busy, they replaced an ignition coil and spark plug and had me out the door by 9 am. ABC Towing brought me from the side of the interstate to their shop in the middle of the night and I would recommend them as well. Thanks Kenny!

Nice folks who certainly do great work. I have an old conversion van that Kenny kept me from scraping a few years back. I thought she was beyond her years but Kenny can rebuild this old mule from the frame up if need be. The rebuilt transmission job he did was 2nd to none! No short cuts done in this shop. Kenny is not intimidated by too many questions and actually welcomes them! So I trust Kenny to keep my ugly ride rolling!

I have Never had a problem with anything they have fixed for me. He is local and well knowable,,Kenny has always been very nice and he will solve your problem with your car.
