We had furnace problems, they responded the same day I called. Took several trips to fix all the issues with the furnace but Scott did a great job. Would recommend them for any RV repair.

Our air conditioner went out on our travel trailer so with an extended warranty we thought it was no big deal to get it repaired or replaced. After calling 2 other mobile RV repair shops and getting zero results my wife called Drew with VSMRV and from the first call till the unit was replaced was 3 days....3 DAYS! We have been dealing with this for 6 weeks. When he finished the installed he fixed the radio. Highly recommend Drew you will not be disappointed!

I wish there were more stars to rate!!I needed a yearly check up on my travel trailer as well as my furnace wasn t working properly. I had such a good experience with Scott, he got the job done right and fixed my furnace thankfully!!! He s very respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. All around a great experience and if I m ever needing RV repair again this is the first company I call.Also, my family and I enjoyed his service dog Marlee Mae! She is such a sweet kind hearted dog, we were happy to have met her.Keep up the good work Vacation Savers!

We had stopped in Ozark, Alabama in our 5th wheel while traveling to Biloxi. Unfortunately our hydraulic motor stopped working. We were stranded trying to find someone to fix this issue. Jacks & slides were inoperable.The KOA we were staying at recommended we call Vacation Savers. Tonya took our call and worked until she was able to find a replacement motor and have it shipped. In a few days her husband Scott (and his loyal sidekick, Marlie the dog) showed up to our 5th wheel and had us back up and running in an hour. Scott even fixed another small issue with our hot water heater.I want to thank them both for taking care of this for us. My situation was unusual and once I explained it to Ms. Tonya, she showed true compassion. Ms. Tonya, I thank you for that.I hope no one ever needs emergency RV repairs, but if you do, please patronize Vacation Savers as they truly saved our vacation.Dan

I called 3 times and emailed once. Each time I requested someone to look at my problem, I was told the tech would be in the area "next week" "couple of days" etc. I would never get call backs. This went on for months. The hardest part was each time I called back, the person on their phone responded as I had not tried to get an appointment before. I received zero response from the website email. I hate doing this sort of review, and I hope this is a good company, I just had no way of getting the help I needed.

A complete failure of the hydraulics in our fifth wheel left us unable to open four out of five slides and without the ability to properly level the unit. A call to Drew had him on my doorstep within an hour. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and got the parts on order. The parts were on hand in two days and Drew and company were at our RV the same day to make the repair. Thanks a million, Drew!

Thank you to the team at Vacation Savers Mobile RV (VSMRV) for fixing my slide out! I must have called at least ten other places and the minute they heard that it was an electric slide out they either didn t call me back or told me that they were solid booked for 3 months. This company came SAME DAY and fixed the issue! I would like to be able to give more stars! Thank you to Tonya and Drew. They were also able to work with my Good Sam Extended Service Plan-filing all the paperwork. Very communicative and reliable.

Drew, the owner, was very quick to respond to my repair request and provided a timely and fair quote. After approving said quote he was on schedule and budget for the repairs he said we're needed. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will definitely use in the future!

I called and we talked about the problem. Her associate was suppose to call me back and never did. I called the next day and no one answered nor did they call me back. I don t understand how people don t want to make money. Maybe it s just bad timing but I was looking for answers.
