Seems that they are not aware of all the requirements of brake drums to be legal, yet they perform DOT inspections. Said my concern was retarded and that no one would actually check the wear limits on a drum. So basically they are giving drivers a false sense of security, endangering the driver and the publics life and safety, and aren't properly trained.

I AM GOING TO give them 5 starts because it s was almost empty when I got here they took a littler while because it s was like 2 tires and check the ABS light , it s decent time to get a tire fix , because some places you would have to wait to long.

Mechanics were great, friendly and tried to get the job done. Unfortunately the tool they needed was locked up in some one else's tool box. Supervisor did not show up for work, would not answer phone. Manager would not answer phone for first two hours. These mechanics were set up to fail by their leadership.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
