My wife and I purchased our new South Bay pontoon boat from Shelby Shores Marine, 2 years ago. David Reeves and Jason Reeves went out of their way to insure our complete satisfaction and have really exceeded our expectations of customer service.The boat was ordered and arrived before our boathouse and new home were completed. David, Jason and Brandon launched and retrieved our boat and returned it to storage at no additional cost. They did this on many occasions well beyond what could be a reasonable expectation. The oil changes, limited warranty work were immediately addressed and completed in a highly professional manner. Master techs Brandon and Bruce are exceptional and keep my Yamaha outboard running greatI try to purchase all accessories and supplies from their well stocked showroom. I am always treated like a VIP anytime I visit their facility. They are truly fine folks.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH SHELBY SHORES STORAGE & MARINE.Charles Holland

Besides being a dealer of the South Bay pontoon brand they also have a few consignment boats for sale. We visited Shelby Shores looking for a pontoon boat and found one of their consignment boats which fit our needs. We were treated so well by David, Jason, Brandon and Holly. We are new to boat ownership and they took their time explaining everything about owning a boat. It would be hard to find a place any easier or friendlier to purchase a boat. A great experience. I'm confident that you'll have one also.

Upon our first visit to store our boat with Shelby Shores Marine, we were greeted by owner David and his son Jason. They made us feel welcome and gave us valuable information and knowledge of the lake. We were so happy to hear they have Master Certified Yamaha technicians who can service our new boat as needed. Brandon, technician helped us with a trailer issue and went out of his way to treat us like family. Highly recommend Shelby Shores Marine.

If you are looking to buy a boat I suggest you visit Shelby Shores Marine. We purchased a pontoon boat from them and the service was second to none. We truly feel like we have new life long friends. The owner and his son answered all of our questions, showed us all of our options and helped us make an educated decision for the boat that we were looking for. We are so happy with our New Toy. We look forward to many years of fun on the lake.

I am actually the owner of Shelby Shores Marine. I am write to rebut the reviews of Shannon Magee Scott and Varm. I have never met these three people. They have never been to our business, They have never purchased a product from us. They seem to have some sort of issue with My son Jason selling his personal boat on Craigs list because we are a boat dealer. Our reputation precedes us with a near perfect customer satisfaction index.Some people find perverse satisfaction in hiding behind a keyboard and inflicting as much damage as possible. Come to our business and decide for yourselves. Then post as you please. Thanks for all the business and the comments. david

Yesterday my husband left his wallet on top of our van around Turtle Point in Shelby, AL a employee of Shelby Shores Marine, Jared Pearson found it in the middle of the road he took it to the owners of this place they worked diligently all day until they found my husband and I and we went to Shelby shores marine and picked his wallet up with not one single thing missing! There are some very honest people working and own this place we will never forget them or this place. The 1st of the year we were gonna buy a new Pontoon Boat and we will not go anywhere else to purchase a new boat we will now and forever use these honest caring people who went out of their way for strangers as we're to them. Thank u Shelby shores marine for your honestly and hard work finding us. YALL DEFINITELY HAVE OUR BUSINESS AND I'VE TOLD ALOT OF PEOPLE ABOUT YALL THEY ARE IMPRESSED AS WELL.

David, Jason and Brandon are the most friendliest helpful people you will ever meet. They really take care of you and your boating needs. Treat you like family. There should be more than 5 stars for their business!! Just can't say enough good things about them. If you are looking for a boat, this is the place!

I had my boat repaired here, maintained here, and eventually they sold it for me. They are a fine group of people to work with, going the extra mile to be of service. I am now in the market for another boat and I will definitely contact these folks to see what they have available.

Have used Trident 2 times for boat repairs and, they have always done a great job. They have my Baja right now and have been quick to respond and get the job done. Thank you very much!

This business lists boats on Craigslist as a "private seller" and never declares that they're actually a dealer. I found this out the hard way after wasting time sending multiple emails and exchanging phone calls for a boat I was interested in. If they can't even market their boats with integrity, they certainly can't be trusted to do business with. That type of sneaky dishonesty is exactly why I don't do business with dealers.

I was very please with my experience. They made accommodations for me to drop my boat off while they were close, fixed the issue within the timeframe estimated, and also with the reasonable price expected!! Special thanks to Brandon Peoples for his help!!
