Have used them for years. I remember Mr. Simpson. He was such a nice man. Now his two sons continue helping people with tire and auto repair problems. I have been going there for 49 years and will continue doing so until my driving days are finished. Really good service, quality repairs, and friendly employees... cannot beat that.

Yall get zero stars! Long story short when you break something on someones car you are responsible to fix it! Especially when you break something that i didn't even ask you to fix! Im not paying for a full priced service for something to be fixed when yall broke it to begin with! YOU BREAK IT YOU FIX IT! Point blank period with no extra charge to the customer!

very poor customer service. I had a appointment Wednesday at 1230pm. They did not get my vehicle in until 2pm and I wasnot able to leave till after 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous!! would not recommend

Called about 8:00 this morning and talked to a man about a tire quote. Wasn t exactly sure about the stock tire size on my truck so I told him I would give him a call back. Called back and what sounded like the same guy was extremely rude when he initially answered and told me he had no idea what I was talking about. He was rude throughout the phone call. I eventually just hung up the phone and went on my way. If you re looking for polite customer service over the phone I don t recommend this place.

Broke the cap in the center of rim during when asked to balance tires. Tried to say the cap was already missing, as if I do not get into the drivers side of my car and see the rim. Won t be back.

Do not use for mechanic work. Replaced alt for a car that was overheating and showed no signs of power issues. I assumed they'd at least slow down and look. Did so without consulting me again. Then I had to fix the actual problem at a cost of 400 bucks on my own

A few years back, we bought six Michelin tires for our motorhome here and had them installed. Set an appt way in advance. They had us drive our Class A, very nice RV next door to this junky abandoned shop. They didn't bother sweeping up debris from broken asphalt driveway, installer sat on a 5-gal bucket to start job. But the BIGGEST problem was they used old tire stems, including the extender on the rear, inner tires. Simmons charged us for new along with some other surprise charges!! After install, about 100 miles down the road, our pressure alarm starting dinging, we were losing pressure. Found a Loves tire, they showed us the old tire stem, bent and jammed on. We had to pay for all the stems to be replaced, and now feeling unsure about tire safety, had them check all the work. Called Simmons, asking them to lay for fixing their sloppiness.... nothing. I would NEVER go back or recommend.

Love the quality of work here. And they get it done fast. Especially if Andy is working. Also the people in the office are very polite and professional. Im getting my tires worked on here from now on!

My motor home needed an alignment, a new tire and all six rotated and balanced. It was hard to find someone that could handle the job. Simmons did it all for a fair price with no hassle. Now it drives better than it did New.

We have a hard to find tire size(which they had in stock!!!) They also had the best price of anywhere in the Quad Cities on a set of new 235-75R35 tires. As we were leaving today they informed us that they rotated and balanced the tires every 5-6K miles for the life of the tires...

Mike and his crew did an awesome job on our 2015 Allegro Bus. Came in for Alignment and 2 new front tires. Very friendly people and the staff were amazing.

I went in with a flat tire! I figured they will tell me I have to have a tire and charge me $250, but they came out and handed me a nail and said that was my problem. Didn't charge me and arm and leg or tried to sell me a new tire! I was very happy!

They seem to go out of their way to help you and even though they had to keep my car for two additional days they were very apologetic and did a wonderful job taking care of it

I use to work here when I lived in Alabama I had alot of good friends and my nephew Dillon myrick still works there they are some good people there who do good work tell willy send you by there

If I get a speeding ticket it's this tire shop's fault! I had a brand new set of tires that vibrated anytime I got over about 65. I had them shave all four tires and now I can't tell how fast I'm going cuz there's zero vibration!

The folks here are a great bunch . They care about the customer and have exceptional service. If you need tires or general service work, this is the place to go.

Had a blow out in the shoals, got to Simmons 5 minutes before close. They got me in and out and back on the road and were just super nice and helpful.
