This is the second time I've misplaced my keys and Mr. Romans was very nice & came fairly quickly when I called. It only took 5 minutes once he arrived to program my fob to my car. I was very satisfied with his work.

I went to the shop. I don't walk well and the kind employee came to my car, he assisted in what I needed, gave helpful advice, and my problem was solved. I am grateful and I will recommend Roman's Key Service to everyone.

Was worried about it, due to my key being a chip key, and he was able to make it. So, I bought two keys!!Well worth the money, extremely kind, professional, prompt and excellent service.Will definitely refer them to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Saved the day. They did so without making much of a fuss about it, and in short order arrived at the address I provided, they got into my locked vehicle no problem, and didn t make matters worse by taking financial advantage as well . I saw good reviews, but I called the first number that was given in my initial state of panic, I m so happy to say my experience lived out much like the happy customers reviews I d read over as well, totally trustworthy.

I have literally been begging every ford dealership I could find for a week now to sale me a spare key. To the point I had given up on even trying to get a spare key. This business not only had the key I needed but programmed it and made sure that it worked and that both of my keys were in working order in about 15 mins. They know what they are doing!!! If you need any kind of key for a good price, hundreds of dollars cheeper than a dealer. Go here.!! You will not regret it!!! Thank you.

I've been using Roman's lock service for nearly 20 years now. They have always been cheaper than anyone else around and they are good at what they do. I've never been disappointed by them. I highly recommend them for anything lock or key related.

Roman's is my permanent locksmith of choice. I have found them to be efficient, professional and friendly. The work they did previously required a return to the shop to "fashion" something special and return. The gentleman just said to me, "No problem, we had to make it right." Good old fashioned customer service!!

My car key broke in two and took it in the shop to them. They cut me a new one in less than 5 mins. It ended up not working, I called, they came out to my house and filed it down to fit just right! They're so nice and welcoming! Used them a few times for my clumsy mishaps and will continue to count on Romans!!!

Romans diffused what was a gut-wrenching experience for my wife and I. The wife stopped to pick up supper from our favorite restaurant when she accidentally locked our 9 month old in our SUV. It was still running, and our child was okay, but it was terrifying knowing that my wife was locked out from our child! All this happened while I was at home, just waking up to go into work for a 12 hour night shift. You never want to get that call, but definitely not when you're just getting up to go into work for the night. Thankfully, the wife was able to use the restaurant phone to call me to let me know what whas going on. I made a quick call to Romans and they were on the scene without hesitation to literally save our child before circumstances could become worse! We could never thank you enough for such a timely response!

Roman's programmed my replacement key fob for my chevy cruz couple months back. But today, it locked up when I got out for gas. It is SUPPOSE to NOT lock doors if remote is still inside vehicle. But dude at Roman's said, " it's not our fault you locked up your keys!" WHAT A JOKE!!! I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE SHOULD. I still got charged for em to come unlock. Programming key fob is not cheap either!

This guy has been around for years and is still the best! He was super fast and precise. He even made sure to put the key in the ignition to make sure it went in smoothly without any issues before I left.

Called and told them I had lost my keys to my car. They told me it was no problem but they might have to do it in the morning. I gave them the information on the car and 20 minutes later they showed up at my house with a working key. Nice, friendly and prompt service. Saved me hundreds from getting the car towed an ticketed. Will recommend to everyone I know.Thank you Romans!

I won t be giving any stars to this service. A very unprofessional business ran here. Called to have them unlock my car and they came to my apartment got it unlocked no problem. The problem here was when I called to approach the situation of them breaking my window. Got hung up on THREE TIMES. Do not give them your serviceEDIT: I am editing this is because I got into touch with John who has gone above and beyond to correct this mess. Thank you John! I wish I would ve initially talked to you because I know this Situation would ve been handled correctly

I've used Roman's for more years than I can remember. My locks & keys are ALWAYS done right the 1st time. They even have furniture keys!

We used them as we had just moved into our new home and my husband "accidentally " locked us out. They arrived quickly and got us in, and the price was much better than I expected. Very nice people, great service, and great prices; who can ask for more?
