Took my vehicle in for recalls and got it back with no issues repaired and tools left under the hood along with rags and caps loosened. If I could leave no stars I would. They wanted to do work that would amount $2200 that had absolutely nothing to do with the recalls. Next time I ll drive an hour or more to a different dealership

Had a pleasant visit. Everyone is so friendly. Price for the oil change was cheaper than most oil change places. And doing it where they know my vehicle was great. Even had a recall fixed while there that I didn't know about.

My car was serviced yesterday and I had a really good experience from start to finish. Everyone was nice and whoever was responsible for washing my car did an outstanding job. The reason that my rating wasn't 5 stars has to do with parts that were left inside of the car.My Kia Carnival had recalls that needed to be addressed. The large bolts that had been removed from the second row, were not properly discarded and later found by my children. Two were found the same day, and today, a third was found.

Great service department! Cody got my car back at the scheduled time, checked for recalls, and had it done in two hours. Also, they washed my vehicle! Five stars.

There was only one time this wasn t a perfect experience.Today was not that day. I expressed my concerns from my last visit and they made sure it didn t happen again!Thanks again!We had our oil changed, comp car wash and a recall completed in 2 hours!

Had an excellent experience at Greenway Kia today. I was greeted and my tasks were assessed by very professional and courteous agents. Staff members made sure I was settled comfortably in the lounge before tackling my car's to-do list. They went the extra mile to check beyond the regular maintenance tasks, and provided me with an extensive checklist of all items needing eventual attention. They honored the maintenance plan I had acquired from another Greenway location. I was extremely pleased with today's service. Thanks, Cody and folks!

I am satisfied with the service I received. The service manager was really cool. He even threw in a free car wash! I do need to say though - after I got my car back from service, there was a HORRIBLY rancid body odor lingering in my vehicle. Almost to the point that I couldn t breathe. If you are sensitive to smells, beware: their techs or detailers do not shower lol. Super gross.

Crystal was a pleasure to work with in setting up the service. She was very cordial, understanding, and accommodating to our needs. The service was performed at the scheduled time and well under the estimated duration. Service consisted of two recall items: trunk latch replacement and security software update.

Their service department is absolutely wonderful Their sales department is garbage! I would highly suggest not purchasing a Kia from them But if needing it serviced I would absolutely recommend-they have a great service department! :)

The service work was completed in a timely manner so I could stay on schedule and wait for it to be done. I have another 15,000 miles before the vehicle hits 100,000 miles. I'm good with the pricing until the warranty runs out. Service advisor Lakin Collier and Service manager Keith Inman are both Fraudsters. On 1/19/22 I discovered that the oil change that I waited from 737am to 906am on January 10th to be performed wasn't done at all. Keith and Lakin didn't even bother to top off the oil. They returned my vehicle in the same condition I brought it in.Keith came into the waiting room, I was the only customer there, and recommended an additional $250 worth of service which I declined. He told me the oil change was complete and there were no other issues with my suv. I paid and left only to discover that the super friendly and communicative Keith lied and stole my money. He's either a con man employed by Greenway Kia of the Shoals, or he's incompetent as a manager. He and Lakin committed fraud against me. This insidious behavior would have resulted in my engine locking up and Kia refusing to fix it. Hayley the receptionist gave me the run around in regards to getting my money back. Apparently there is no other person to talk to about Keith Inman fraudulent practices other than Keith. The general manager Ken Starks did not respond. And she said Keith is on a retreat. The Kia corporate office filed a complaint but they referred me to the shoals location to get a refund.

I took my car in because of a check engine light was on. Easy drop off, excellent communication and fixing it very promptly. Kept in touch with me about the situation of the car. Corey went above and beyond to make our service as painless as possible! There was amazing communication during the entire process. I always feel good to receive that color coded report card of how my vehicle is doing. No other place that I have been to does that. I always know exactly what they did, how much it will cost, and future repairs needed. The shop rate of $200 per hour is rather steep, but the quality of the work they did on my Kia Soul was excellent, and the amount of work they accomplished per hour was very good also, so I'm very satisfied. In addition, the communications that I had with our Service Advisor, Cody, concerning the repairs and service being done on my vehicle were accurate and excellent.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes

As per usual, top notch service from Kia. Cody was the service representative that helped me. He got all the info for my car and kept me updated throughout its service. A girl named Jo was very nice and asked how I was doing while I was waiting and made sure I knew about the shuttle services they offer, which Cody informed me of while getting all my information.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
